Twin's Pizza, North Providence RI

It is a sad day for my husband and I after going to Twins for over 30 years and driving 30 minutes from Mass each week tonight was our last night walking in to twins. The twin’s of yesteryear is long gone. It seems as thou no one working there wants to be there or cares about the customer. We chose to sit in the bar area which we could see it wasn’t clean. Dirty

Several employees who new we are regulars didn’t make eye contact with us. We went to the hostess and asked for a table, there too we were ignored. No setup no service. One employee asked why we moved said waitress in that room seemed overwhelmed. The waitress covering our table was expected to do double duty. The owner had a waitress that should have been on floor she had her working the register for the takeout orders. We understand we are in tough times and finding help is difficult but when you forget about the importance of you customers it might to reevaluate why you are in business.

Half of these ratings gotta be bought because these are some of the rudest & non caring employees I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re miserable and hate your job ……Quit

Love this staple! Amazing pizza (always order well done!), sitting at the bar is the best! It can be busy but if you go around 8 you can usually find a seat or two. Fish and chips is some of the best I've had, and the only place around here that does it well! Danny the manager is always a great guy to catch up with, this place feels like home. Can't recommend this local spot more to anyone who's craving great pizza or down home casual pasta fare.

The food was good, eggplant was cooked just right. Now the server needs a little more training on service. But overall worth it.

Super yummy well done pepperoni pizza in a 50s style. No fancy wood oven here, just good ole pizza from when you were a kid. Wait staff not fake friendly, either. Fun, Rhode Island attitude, with no frills. Genuine.

Best pizza I have ever had! We order every Sunday and are never disappointed. Had to wait 75 minutes tonight for our takeout order but it was totally worth it. They were very busy because of Halloween but were doing their best to get things done. Amazing service as always.

Teins use to be a great place to enjoy there special sauce but don't know what happened to it. I just went todsy and got a plain tasting pizza. Very disappointed.

Extremely 70s. Service was a bit slow. Giving 4 stars because the pizza is actually quite excellent. Crust was absolutely NAILED. Perfect consistency and texture.

The pizza was great as usual, they were swamped and way behind. Told 1 hour for pick up when I called but the order didn't come out until an hour and 40 minutes, some people it was 2 hours or more. The gentleman at the counter kept saying the folks on the phone told people 70 minutes but we were all told 60 minutes. Be prepared to wait to pick up!

I have been going here for at least 15 yrs, and have never had a problem. My family orders at least 3 or more times a month. My daughter and her coworkers order 1 to 2 times a week. I have never had a problem with the food, or customer service. Yes, have they said 1 time and when someone went to pick up and had to wait longer? A few times.but the food made up for it and was worth the wait. Then today happened. I tried ordering from them via uber eats for the first time, as I needed delivery. Had a house full of grandchildren and couldn't leave them to pick up (all under the age if 10), and since some had already had bats, didn't want to take them out. Well I was having a problem with the app, and called Twins to try to get some help. When I say the level of rudeness I encountered was beyond anything I have ever dealt with. I was horrified even more when after asking to speak with the Manager and the lady told me she was the manager! After being taken out of character, raising my blood pressure, being yelled at, talked over, being treated rudely. I hung up. The kicker was.she called back with a attitude! After going back n forth, I just hung up! We were never going to get anywhere. So funny, she said she was calling back to try to rectify the situation and continously talked over me, yelled, was mean, nasty and even more rude. I will be taking my business elsewhere! My daughter and her coworkers will be going elsewhere, my family members will also. Rude, terrible customer service. 15 yrs down the drain! Smh

I have been going to this place for close to 50 years. I have never had a bad meal there. The place has been well run by the same family since the start. They work hard and run a tight ship. They also have kept their prices low. I was just there the other day and was impressed!

Twin's Pizza recommended that will not only help but, justifying the accommodation of their customers, whether it's Dine in or take out, I have been away from the town for quite some time &just moved closer and recommend, if you do want a good Pizza, Twin's Pizza is highly recommended for a quick bite, or even just a sub, I am very satisfied with the provided accommodation from John &Leslie who are very friendly and knowledgeable and take care of their customers, Great Team Work,

I had a meatball grinder. It was excellent! Meatball and sauce homemade. My husband had chicken Alfredo with broccoli added. Was not good at all. Was not cheesey. Tasted like broccoli not Alfredo. Sorry they are understaffed. Waitress was very pleasant, but to busy!

Good pizza but went to pick up after 1 hour and they didn't have it ready.after telling me 45 min! So in total 1 hour and 20 min!

As far as pizzas go this is a very good choice. Nice and cheesy, the sauce was bold and flavorful, and the crust was buttery and crispy.

Not sure what all the hype is about this place. The crust and sauce we're not that great and they put canned or mushrooms from a jar on it. Who does that? I will not be going back. I can make a better one at home myself.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I’m 69 years old. I’ve been to a few places. Ordered a pizza and it wasn’t ready in two hours.

Great pizza, but there in-dining experience was "ehh". No air conditioning, and just feeling like guest were in top of us.rather have take out.

Waited an hour and a half to get a pizza to go. Asked for well done. After an hour and a half wait barely cooked. Will not go back. Frozen pizza better

Food here is excellent. Meatballs are huge and delicious. Chicken Parm pizza was amazing. Everything was fresh and very good. I highly recommend checking it out.
