Was out of stuck everywhere but Julia did a great job helping me find my shampoo online/ in other stores until I got it.came here again and Shanon did wonderful job with all hair iron questions and stuff

I went to the Ulta on Baldhill Road in Warwick, when I entered I was greeted by their Covid screen person so I asked the woman if there was anybody on the sales floor that could assist me as they were closing in 10 minutes and I wanted to be quick for them to get out in a timely manner. She said no not right now. I’m not sure why there were only two employees in the entire store, and not a single sales associate on the floor to assist customers.

I’m going to add to this as I received a response but am unable to reply to the responder. You say you strive for customer service but I strongly disagree. In the last month i’ve shopped in Mac, Sephora, and Sally’s beauty supply. All establishments in which I was greeted and assisted in each of my purchases. I myself work in customer service, so the fact that two employees in this location remained behind the cashwrap and neither of them would assist me on the sales floor shows that customer service is in fact not your priority. I shopped Ulta for convenience but I definitely will not be returning as this is not the first time I’ve had a poor experience with the staff.

I went here for a simple cut and it took 2.5 hours. I ended up with a nice cut but it was nothing like the picture I had shown the stylist. The length of time it took for just a cut was really bizarre especially when the end result was not what was wanted. It ate up my entire morning. I won’t be back.

Place is mismanaged! Makeup section always filthy and samples empty or not available- samples always seem missing and low stock. Employees know nothing about products. Sephora it is.

Helpful staff. I hope they order more of Kylie products. I also wish the Ulta wouldn't expire the points so quickly.

I went to get my hair done by Anastasia it was horrible she fried my hair stripped it didn't put no color in it worst hair service ever

Shout out to the girl at Warwick ulta that walked me around and showed me all the sales and recommended the color OG in the Tarte Fast Drying Liquod Mat Lip Color, I got it and I'm super in love. I always go here to buy my makeup, everyone is always nice and ready to help. I love it

The salon there is the worst! Very disappointed with my experience. Never go there and get your hair done by Michael.very unprofessional.

Poor customer service. I've tried this store out multiple times now and it's always the same. Employees would rather chat amongst themselves than help a paying customer. Also, they get annoyed when you even ask to have a facial consultation done - and their "esthetician is apparently out and no one knows when she is or will be in next and they have no one else available. " Why even advertise these services? I'll be purchasing at Sephora instead.

Very poor customer service. Walked around for at least 15 min and not one girl asked if I needed help. Not busy at all. Finally when I went up to one of the associates to ask for help on finding an item she points out to a corner instead of taking me. I left empty handed and frustrated.

My daughter's favorite place to buy makeup Have all the top brands. They have everything you could ever need as far as makeup goes. It is a girly store, any girly thing you need, you will find here. Pricey though.

I was so excited to go because they are not close to me. I was working with a consultant. After 10 minutes someone announced to her, her appointment was there. I ended up with a expensive concealer which was ok but she hurried me and it didn't correct any of my issues. Also if she took a little more time we could of come up with something better. Too bad, I planned on spending a lot of money there that day.

I stopped in to Ulta today to purchase some eyeliner. The salesperson was very helpful without being too intrusive. When I was cashing out, I found the cashier to be incredibly rude and pushy. She asked me no less than 5 times if I was interested in submitting my phone number to receive rewards. I had politely answered "No" after each inquiry. I don't mind the offer but when I decline, that should be the end of the conversation.

Friendly, helpful staff and a huge store. I needed to buy a gift here for my girlfriend and the service rep was very helpful with making recommendations and guiding me through the store.

I am so disappointed in ULTA, Warwick, RI!

POOR POOR customer service! Other than this new male associate from Boston, two other gals stood by chatting endlessly about whatever. I obviously needed assistance and they could have cared less!

I'm sorry, & I'm in my 60's, but this white haired lady with terribly penciled in eyebrows & the young chick with the reverse highlight need to understand what their job is. If someone comes in ULTA, they are not there to listen to escapades.step up to the plate & ask to help out! (I am on my lunch break with limited time!). Instead they continued to chat.
Finally, on my own, I found what I needed, and then went to check out. ONE GIRL at checkout with 7 customers in line.after waiting 10 min, I set down my $100 worth of items and WALKED OUT!

ULTA, take a closer look at your costumer service! I can do better purchasing on, one.your store
front is on its way OUT just like Sears, Macy's!

I don't usually write reviews, but I thought I could send on some positive words this time. The sales associates are SO helpful here! I'm always greeted when I walk in, and I can find what I need pretty easily.

Having worked retail in the past, I understand that the cashiers and others on the sales floor might be helping multiple guests at the same time. The last time I was in, the manager actually helped me to find the perfect products!

When I got in line, I was taken care of quickly. The cashier asked me for my phone number and pulled up my rewards account before I could even reach into my Wallet for my rewards card! She was so nice and even got me some free samples to take home.

I definitely love coming here for the wide selection of products, but I keep coming back for the amazing customer service! Keep it up ladies!
