UNO Pizzeria & Grill

I've been coming here for years. Always great service with good food at a good a price.

In my delivery order, I ordered a gluten free pizza due to an allergy. Unfortunately, I had a bad reaction after eating it. There must have been cross contamination in the cooking area. Not sure if they take gluten allergies seriously. I won’t be ordering again because of this experience.

Uno's pizzeria and grill was completely lackluster. The food was overcooked and the service was okay. Went for a fundraiser- will not be going back. They used to hand out dough to the kids while they waited- didn't get it. The condiments were all gunked up at the top- which means they haven't been cleaned at all.

Stopped in for lunch on 4/5/23 astound 2: 30 pm, i don’t come here often but i was craving spaghetti & meatballs & they had it. I sat at the bar & the bartender Kiara (hope i spelled that correctly) WAS AMAZING! She kept it simple, checked on me at the perfect times, smiled at me, so sweet. The best! Food was good too ;) will be back because of her!

Always been a favorite spot. First time at this location and no surprises. In the area and want to get a bite and a cocktail (or two) stop in.

The bartender Maddie was amazing, she single-handedly held down the entire bar area while providing personable, fast & friendly service, she got my tricky order perfect & recommended me the best margarita I’ve ever had! She is truly amazing I will definitely be coming back because of the great service I received!

This was the first time going to Uno Pizzeria and I pleasingly surprised, the atmosphere was pleasant, the service was good and food was excellent. However what surprised me the most was the bill, affordable and priced well. I will definitely recommend this establishment.

I've always been a fan of UNO and always liked this location but after my most recent visit there I'm less then impressed. The hostess wasn't exactly friendly to begin with and being sat in the bar is great, only there were young kids running around and a baby screaming most of the time. Not really the place to seat that kind of customer.

My waitress wasn't very attentive and checked on us once. Had to get her attention multiple times for a drink refill. Icing on the cake was my fries were stone cold. I didn't complain but this experience was not worth my money. Never had a bad meal or service here up until yesterday.

Lina was our waitress. She went above and beyond to serve us. She had recommendations and did it all with a magical smile.
We appreciate this kind of service oh.and compliments to the chefs. Outstanding!

Not a good visit.came late Sunday night. The waitress told us the appetizers were all half off.so my husband and son ordered appetizers.
The waitress went behind the bar and was talking loudly with a man and told him he was full of Sh&t.
The food was good. But when we got the bill. The appetizers were full price. When we questioned it. She said "oh, umm sorry. " Never again. So shamefully. SMH

My wife and I went there approximately 9 PM on a Sunday. Most of the restaurant was empty except the bar area with a younger crowd occupying most of the booths and stools. We sat in a booth nearby, but separate from them. My meal was good except that the burger, which I ordered well done, was burned. I didn't send it back, but wasn't pleased. The server was okay, but seemed rushed. They were cleaning the dining room and the floor was wet, so I was very careful when visiting the rest room. The rest room was clean and well stocked. I've eaten here before and had good experiences. Overall, it's a good place for deep dish pizza and the like. We had a shared appetizer, two entrées and a dessert. It seemed a little pricy to me, but everything is getting more expensive these days.

Uno generally is outstanding with food and service! This was the one time that the food was OK but service was not. Our server also was serving the bar. Our one interaction after being served our food, was him yelling across the bar asking us if everything was okay. It was a little disappointing though, because it was my husband's first time there, and not impressive

Waitress was excellent.good service food was good. Rattlesnake pasta had some bite fresh jalapenos to boot.
Bbq chicken sandwich was tasty and filling inline with other casual dining price wise.

Getting out for some outside dining. They have a nice area outside. Waitress was very friendly. Food was good and expected for Pizzeria Uno.

I got take out yesterday and got the spinoccoli pasta but i couldnt eat the chicken because it tasted sour in the middle. Couldnt eat the veggies in it. I gave a 4 obviously because i like uno and i know stuff like this happens sometimes but i couldnt enjoy it this time ill be getting something different next time

Diana the Bartender is handling 2 tables of 4. Another group of 8 and at least 8 @ the bar. All with a nonstresssed smile on her face. Nevermind that she's keeping up with all the other waitresses orders while greeting the regulars with nice genuine conversation. True hard working professional that Uno's is obviously very lucky to have. Now a days, seeing someone work this hard is even more appreciated. Can't say enough

Came in on a busy Friday night, sat at the bar, the two ladies behind the bar were funny and efficient. Food was great, love the Chimmichurri Cap Steak. Unos is a great spot in Smithfield. Their draft list changes quite frequently and I always feel welcome. A real win-win. Thanks Unos!

I like Unos in Smithfield the most because the staff is always so friendly and the food is always what I expect. Keep up the good work and thank you! (:
