Paul was very upfront throughout the whole process from our first visit to the delivery of the RAV4.

Brand new 2023 rav4 that they haven’t been able to get the remoteless starter to work the day I picked it up and here we are 4 visits later and almost three months still not fixed. My fault for not demanding it was fixed before taking the car, though they made it sound like no biggie and I had already waited 4 months for the car. My salesman told me I had to use the bank they offered for financing because it allows them to keep relationships and then my co worker bought a car here and told me she shopped around for a better rate and used an outside bank- so he lied to me. They don’t return my last two phone calls. Sick of this place and hearing its Toyotas fault. Won’t be buying here again.

Valenti Toyota and Steve were great to work with. Got my new Prius which was on the lot, crazy luck, at msrp. They didn't try to upcharge it like most dealerships are currently doing. Smooth easy transaction.

After some back and forth about financing, and maybe getting my own, they even went as far to work with their bank to lower my rate further. Steve, my salesman, gave me the good news as I was headed in to sign. Was planning to refi, but now I don't have to. Was not expecting it, awesome surprise.

Definitely coming here for my next Toyota! You should too!
