I went to this place today 09/15/23 for the first time and my experience was excellent, I was served by Jefferson, a very attentive young man. Although the other person who was with him was not so nice but I recommend this place. They serve without an appointment and the treatment based on my experience was 1A.

I've gone here several times and they've always been nice and helpful. It's never been as quick as 15 minutes (depending on how busy they are), but still, it's hard to beat no appointments required and open on Sundays. Probably a bit more expensive than a local shop would charge you, but worth in my mind for the convenience.

I recently visited Valvoline on Reservoir Ave in Cranston, RI and had an outstanding experience. I went in for an oil change and had a light issue with my left turn signal. Additionally, my rear license plate was impossible to remove due to rusted screws.
The kind lady on staff went above and beyond to help me remove the screws, and when one broke, she and the team worked together to resolve the issue without hesitation. They not only removed the broken screw and my license plate but also placed it back on looking brand new with new screws. I don’t believe this service was even listed as an option, but they went right ahead to help me.

As someone who works in a job where I am involved in customer care, I must say that the service I received at Valvoline was exceptional. The staff’s willingness to go the extra mile to help me with a frustrating problem was deeply appreciated. They also resolved my left turn signal issue without purchasing a new lightbulb.

I spent $120 that day on various services and it was worth every penny thanks to the exceptional team at Valvoline. I highly recommend this location for its excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Everyone was so nice! Very quick and efficient. No extra nonsense, asked me if I wanted them to check things out not.

After leaving the Johnston location (was lied to at least twice), I tried this location and have no complaints. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Fluids and battery were all checked, and everything was (as I already knew) at the proper levels. Kudos for not trying to sell me something I didn't need. Definitely worth the extra 10 minute drive to avoid the clowns at the other location.

The best customer service I ever received. From beginning to end. I feel so relaxed and could see that I am being taken care of in the most professional manner, now only if you guys could train bank, school hospital and store employees, my life will be perfect,

Wait time was about an hour. Technicians didn’t even apologize about the wait time. First tech could not open up my cars hood because he couldn’t find the latch to open.throughout this time I was instructing him where it was and didn’t listen. Had a coworker do it for him. Proceeded to check my oil when I did not want my oil checked, laughed at the color of my oil in front of me, and asked his coworker if he saw it too. Unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers. I’ve been a customer at this valvoline for almost a year now and never had an experience like this. Will not be coming back.

This is the Best location for valvoline Staff was superb I had a horrible experience at the Johnston location but this Cranston location I can't praise enough for the guys very polite kind and courteous I highly recommend this location not Johnston
