Vanelando Construction, Tiverton RI

I contacted Vanelando Construction to do a deck repair and from the time of the consultation about the estimate to the finish, it was an excellent experience. All work was done exactly the way it was explained and most of all, done on time. I would recommend them to anyone.

We contracted with Vanelando Construction to do extensive repairs on our garage, roof and exterior basement entrance. They were easy to work with, clear and concise in their planning and costs, and were overall pleasant to work with. We expect to be hiring them again.

Rhuan and his crew were great to work with. We had a floating deck made with a custom privacy wall. He communicated with us throughout the whole process. We had several quotes from other companies that didnt make sense. Rhuan broke down the cost of material and labor. He also made suggestions on different materials and prices to help us meet our budget. I plan to work with them again in the future.

What an incredible team! The work that they did on our roof was incredibly well done (a repair job). But even more impressive was the communication with Rhuan Ferreira throughout the process. He was incredibly responsive to phone calls, clear contract and walkthrough with the work being done, and a follow-up visit afterwards to ensure that we were happy. I cannot recommend this team highly enough!
