I ordered food from this restaurant JUNE 25th 2021, and it took him a while to deliver the food, on top of coming and only calling once, I called to get a refund the morning after, only for the receptionist to rudely answer the phone and tell me that they DONT do refunds and I can’t get my money back id HAVE to have them remake the food, that I absolutely do not want and did not touch and DID NOT EAT. I didn’t even see the food, why can’t I get my money back? I am just visiting and don’t even live out here and this is by far the WORST pizza experience I’ve ever had. Disgusting customer service, I hope the management can figure something out before the end of the day.

I called vasilios at the moment i placed my order to change my address by thank you vasilios to delivered my order in the wrong address and make spend y money in somone else thank you for the big help saying that you've already changed the adresss.last time I ordered from you.just lost a customer

We will never order from here again! My husband called this afternoon to make sure that they would deliver to the hotel that we are staying at because my mother is handicapped and can't drive. The man that answered told him yes but wouldn t have a driver there until 6. My mother called at about 6: 30 and then they made her talk to 3 different people and told her they do not deliver there. My mom told them that they told her son-in-law that they did and the man hung up on her. She text me and to let me know so I had my husband call. They took the order and said it would be about 25 minutes. He called back and paid for the order over the phone. We got back to the hotel about 2 hours later and they still hadn't made it. My husband called again. They said that the driver was already on his way. They said that it takes an hour and a half to get there and that was a lie because we had already looked it up and it said only 18 minutes. Needless to say about 3 hours later the driver showed up with her pizza and it was cold and they tried to say that my husband had not paid when he had and had proof on his phone. He talked to the owner. Needless to say the people here are extremely rude and have no customer service.

They were extremely rude and disrespectful they were not trying to take my order and one of the ladies that work there was very aggressive and was yelling at me.

I would never order items from here. I had a experience with them and their pizza dough having bugs in it.also their drivers are very aggressive on the road.

Order from here pretty often since it's so close and delivery is usually quicker than normal. I order the same few items and have come to know their standard. Tonights order was way below normal. Asked for no tomato and it had tomato, no extra side with the chicken fingers. I will order again and cross my fingers.

In from out of town. Place is open late, which satisfied my midnight cravings. Was told to expect it in 45 at the earliest, came in about half an hour. Delivery guy was nice, and food was PERFECT. Thanks guys!

The food was good however they overcharge me by $7.00 when i used my debitcard which is why i only giving them 2 stars if your going to pay use cash only with this place

Hey took my credit card to the back last time I ordered and then we get a notification in my account that at 3AM we ordered a pizza the exact same price we go today to talk to them for our money back and they say I called at three in the morning and picked up a pizza. A worker probably took my card number and ordered a pizza. I will never pay for credit card at Vasilios again it also happened to someone in Elmwood. But pizza is good

Reckless driver in Providence with a Vasilios Pizza sign on top of the car. License plate 563 389 Nissan Altima seen at 545pm on Monday 28 Oct 2019 repeatedly blowing through stop signs and once almost hitting a pedestrian at the 4-way right by the police station. I guess these delivery drivers value punctuality over people's lives. Will not be ordering from here, because I don't want my order to inadvertently result in someone's death.

This is the most clutch spot in RI. Food’s good, although i would stay away from their sandwiches, but everything else smacks. TheY literally deliver everywhere from Prov to Kent county until 4am.

I used to order here twice a week until they changed the prices and some of the menu. Now for chicken fingers and fries its over $11. And the past 2 times I've gone the fries were so over done they were hardly edible. While I would like to say "things happen" I cant imagine spending 29 dollars 2 have 2 chicken dinners delivered. FOR THE RECORD I USUALLY SAVE MY FRIES FOR MY 2 YR OLD. These are not only disgusting but a choking hazard to boot.

They have nice pizza but the people taken the others are always very rude and impatient. Bad customer service. And this didn't happen once.

I've only ever ordered take out, but I have no complaints. I order from their website (which could really be more detailed, but is comprehensive all the same), and the delivery usually arrives early. The drivers are always courteous and the orders accurate. The food is good quality, I like the pizza, and it has a decent amount of toppings on it! I also love their cheese ravioli.

Picked up in person twice in the same week. Both times delivery drivers in the dining room were yelling at each other in front of customers. Time estimates were always off (they’ll say 10-15 but best case you have your food within the half hour). Do yourself a favor and go with somewhere else on Atwell’s if you’re thinking about ordering here.

I eat from here all the time. But I ordered the meetball sub and the meatballs were not fresh ugh never again!

Delivery was fast and efficient. I got barbecue chicken wings and steak/cheese calzone. Both were made perfectly. Unfortunately ate the wings before I snapped a picture lol first time getting food from this place, definitely won't be the last
