Like I see some others mentioning here, I also left this practice during my pregnancy care. Jill is wonderful which is why I stayed as long as I did but I did not find Dr. Kader to be a kind physician at all. I’ve had other OBs and doctors speechless when explaining some of my experiences at this practice.

I'm eh with this place, but I'm not leaping over rails to recommnd it to anyone, so hence the two starts. This location is okay just sometimes I get a rude receptionist more often than I'd like and one time I waited over an HOUR to be seen.what's the point of making an appointment if you're not seen at that specified time?

I am entering my third trimester next week and have yet to see Dr. Kader. Is it because of the negative reviews about him and how he's arrogant and rude so now he's afraid to meet with the patients at his practice? I've only met with the midwives, Fanta and Lisa. Lisa made me feel awkward and not as friendly as Fanta. I keep coming back to see Fanta because she's such a sweetheart. You're also offered to message through the online portal if you have any questions, but I had times where my questions were looked at but ignored. I had to call in directly and talk with someone.

And this isn't directly aimed towards Venus OBGYN, but it's one of their rules- but you're allowed to bring 1 person into the ultrasound, but not towards a routine visit? Where's the logic in that? ! My husband gets so heartbroken with every appointment that is not an ultrasound appointment because he is forced to either wait in the waiting room or in our car because of this stupid rule. Either allow the 1 additional person to be at both appointments or none at all.

When I found out I was pregnant I was excited to find this office close to my house with great reviews. Unfortunately I did not have a great experience and switched offices around 20 weeks pregnant. I was seeing a Midwife here who was nice but felt rushed every appointment. At my 20 week appointment I finally got to meet with Doctor Kader. They originally told me he sees patients once each trimester. I was well into my second trimester and had not met him yet. After my ultrasound he came into the room, did not introduce himself to me or my husband. He acted as if he didn't want to be there and was extremely cold. We were both so turned off by our experience with the Dr that we decided to find a new OBGYN. As a first time mom it was stressful deciding to switch doctors mid pregnancy but we are so glad we did!

Office visits were efficient without feeling rushed, office is clean, all questions and concerns addressed. Dr. Kadar has changed my life! I have been living with large fibroids for quite some time and Dr. Kadar successfully removed them as well as performing a total hysterectomy. Only two weeks post surgery and I feel like a new person.

Dr Kader and his team are amazing, they are friendly, comforting, and personable. The care is comprehensive and patient-centered. I had an excellent experience with my laparoscopic hysterectomy from start to finish.

I would highly recommend Venus OBGYN to any one who is looking for exceptional service. From the day I walked into the office for my first appointment I was put at ease. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Lisa Pile is the one I originally seen, she then referred me to Dr Kader within the same practice due to some issues I was having. He performed my surgery and did an excellent job. As long as I am in RI this is where I will be going. Great experience.

The TV is so loud you can't think! Another patient waiting said the same thing. I asked the receptionist to turn it down and she replied with an attitude " I can't because if I do, you will hear my conversations with patients and that is against HIPPA". Well maybe the office she have a better setup! So I have to suffer in the waiting room with the TV blasting! Just ridiculous!

I have had a very bad experience with the procedures that I have done in that place. Surgery went very badly. I had to be operated on twice.
All it has cost me is more money. Plasma face treatment, they burn my face and what I have is my black face. I am devastated and I have spent a lot of money and my face is not like before. Now I have to go to a dermatologist. They don't even deserve a star. -*

Very respectful, kind workers the place is clean. You have to wear a mask in a way is good even though covid is not as bad now but safety is first! Dr's are respectful take time to talk to you and ask question and concerns.

Amazing! Dr. Lisa Pile is the most kind practitioner I’ve ever had an appointment with. She has been so unbelievably understanding and comforting at every visit. I remember her and Dr. Jill being so comforting during one of my rough visits last year. Dr. Pile is a prime example
Of what everyone is the medical field should be like. Thank you!

Dr. Kader and staff are so kind, courteous, and listen to your needs. The ultrasound technician is sweet, quiet, and has a great personality. This OBGYN is better than others I've been to with my wife.

I used to really love this office and was very happy being seen here, but lately I’ve grown to not stand the staff in this practice. However, Jillian C.is great! She makes you feel comfortable to talk to and express your concerns with her. She brings you to ease and is there whenever you should need her. The staff on the other hand, started of being very nice and pleasant, then when i tried to get some very important lab results for my husband and I; and I ended up being the one who had to do the back and forth calling between places to find out where the results were and if they can even be given. Each time it was a different story of how they weren’t in yet, how the turnaround time is unknown or how I should call the resulting lab to get a better answer. Every time I would call you can sense the attitude tone of who ever it is that handles the phones up front as if she wasn’t too happy to hear me call again. She never knew anything of what was being asked and also seemed to have shared info with someone in the background cause I could hear someone else reply according to what the woman on the phone was saying out loud. The last times I’ve gone into the office, they’ve all been huddled in the office just taking amongst themselves talking about patient information, and for another patient to notice that it’s a little concerning about my own info. So much for privacy and HIPAA. But, like I mentioned before Jillian is awesome and I wouldn’t mind staying with her but i truly cannot stand the staff.

Dr Kader is just a wonderful person and doctor.
I had a D and C, lifted bladder and I have to say. I had it on Friday afternoon. Saturday I was perfect I even was thinking did I really have surgery. Now I am back to dancing and not having to look for bath room every where I go. Oh by the way I am 70 years old and just THANK YOU DR KADER.

I am Japanese.
I am not good at English.
I was worried about getting pregnant and having a baby in a country that wasn't my hometown.
However, Venus used an interpreter for me every time. And I explained it politely.
I was relieved from pregnancy to childbirth.
Thank you Venus.
If I get pregnant again, I will go to Venus.
The staff are friendly and the doctors are excellent.
Highly recommended.

I’m truly baffled at how many positive reviews there are. I started going to Venus OBGYN around 6 weeks into my pregnancy. I will say that most people there are super friendly except for the doctor, but that you don’t go there to make friends. I have had to call them for test results every time, they lost the paper that the ultrasound tech wrote the gender on after she had already gone home for the weekend and I had a gender reveal that same weekend; They checked my urine samples MAYBE three times out of all of my visits and sometimes didn’t even bother asking for one - I had to ask myself. They gave the room I was in to another patient with my things still in there when I went to use the bathroom one time, and I saw the doctor multiple times - even with him knocking on the door of the room I was in, but he never bothered to introduce himself. All of my questions or concerns were always brushed off as well and I was told I was pretty much just being paranoid because it was my first pregnancy. I had suspected that I had preeclampsia or something serious wrong for weeks and wasn’t feeling well, and that kept getting brushed off and not taken seriously too whenever I expressed concern, only to find out that I did in fact have preeclampsia at 39 weeks when I went to the hospital as advised by the midwife who on the phone sounded fed up and like she didn’t really want to be bothered. I ended up being told that I had to have my daughter that same night or the next morning because it wasn’t safe for either of us to have her in me any longer than that. I opted for a c-section to get my daughter out asap and was something I had considered initially even before the fact, but was told I absolutely couldn’t have one by both the midwife and doctor at Venus OBGYN. When the nurses and doctors at the hospital heard this they laughed and said they should be more concerned about their own bodies instead of pushing their own opinions and beliefs on their patients and told me that it was my right to choose and that it wasn’t something they personally recommended but ultimately my choice. (Kent hospital was amazing and so attentive my entire stay and I’m so thankful for everyone that helped and made the whole situation easier). I FINALLY met the doctor about three-four hours before the procedure and he came off so arrogant and like he didn’t have time for me either, and I wasn’t alone in that - the doctors and nurses there felt the same and one of them told me that they wouldn’t want him performing surgery on them either when I tried to see if someone else could do it because I didn’t feel comfortable with him whatsoever. Luckily I don’t care much because it’s low, but he also cut the incision very crooked. I would never recommend this place to anyone, pregnant or otherwise but ESPECIALLY if you’re pregnant. Maybe some people have had nice experiences but I wouldn’t risk you or your future baby’s health. They’re nice for the most part here but your health is more important.

The nurse I had for my pap was very nice and knowledgeable, however, I would not recommend Venus. The doctor was a nice man but not honest. I was scheduled for further testing after an abnormal pap. Before the colposcopy what was explained to me was short and simple. It was supposed to be a simple examination of the cervix under a microscope which is all I wanted. Dr. Kader mentioned taking a biopsy if the cells were abnormal which I agreed to not knowing that that was a leap procedure. He was told in the beginning that I wanted to take a natural approach first which is not a leap procedure. The words leap procedure were never said to me. I’m disgusted that this doctor would leave out those words, most likely because he knew I wouldn’t follow through if I heard them. It’s not honest when you leave out some information. Not everyone wants to heal their body the conventional way.

I changed to this OBGYN practice when I got pregnant after a miscarriage - I did not like the way my old doctors handled and treated me during this time. From my first prenatal appointment with Lisa I was immediately impressed. The entire staff is wonderful, thorough, and listened to all my concerns. They even found an underlying condition that likely caused my first loss and immediately began treatment and referred me to a specialist. The second half of my pregnancy I was scene by Jillian who was amazing - she’s so funny and easy going and made all of my appointments enjoyable. Now I am enjoying my beautiful baby boy
