My wife and I had iPhones with overheating batteries. Tim worked with us to make sure that we got safe and proper replacements and that all settings, data, etc were properly transferred. He helped us work with Verizon customer service on the phone when troubleshooting an issue (not Tom’s fault), as well. Tom is professional, courteous, and efficient. I would return to this Verizon location again and recommend to others solely on my experience with Tom. Thanks again!

I’m not saying this to make a review but Jason is the best person for this position. We had two kids under 2, he transferred our old phones, helped us pick out a case and applied discounts from my husband’s job…. In 30 minutes! He’s so kind and very knowledgeable about his work. Please give Jason a chance and have your life changed forever!

Thomas was a gold star employee. He helped me transfer my phone before his shift ended and when his shift did end he actually went across town with a customer to another Verizon store and set them up with a phone that was still in stock there. Outstanding.
