Dr. Keith Shields is amazing. I hadn’t been to the doctors in 10+ years prior to finding Dr. Shields. I have now been going here for 2 years. Dr. Shields makes you feel heard and seen. It is so hard to find that these days. He truly cares about what you have to say. He takes his time with you. You feel like the only patient there. I have never felt so comfortable at a doctors office like I do now. The receptionist is a peach. She does it all. Answers phones, checks patients in and out. The Med Assistant is great too. He’s so nice. The entire office is really a great place. I recommend them to everyone!

Village medical is an impressively frustrating company to navigate, and your billing system is even worse. BUT, Dr. Smith and her MA, Zuleika, are wonderful and are always fast and responsive!

Great Experience! Check-in quick, personable and efficient. Staff very nice and doctor appointment very attentive. Highly recommended!

Doctor Fred explains everything in very clear terms and is a joy to have as a primary care physician.

The office staff is very attentive and they are always patient when serving you in a good mood. Dr. K. Shelds listens to your concerns and works with you. He always goes further and is one step ahead and if he does not have an answer to my question, he refers me to the necessary specialist.

By far the worst experience’s in medical care! This place is a revolving door with office staff, medical assistants, and doctors. Record keeping is atrocious!
No consistency in any aspect.

I am very pleased with Dr Christine Cassel. She always returns my calls, and takes time to listen to my concerns. Also, the staff are always professional and kind. When I call I never feel like I'm a burden. The staff who answer the phone are helpful and friendly. I've been with this group for many years now and I feel confident that I'm in good hands.

Dan Mulligan and his ma Missy are great but I’ve sent 3 messages to the practice administrator to contact me and she never has.
This is unacceptable patient care.

Waiting room was clean and not cluttered with patients. Doctor was on time and all in all a very pleasant experience.

Christine removed my sutures but I had to come home and undress the wound to apply steristrips because there weren’t any in the office.

The nurse practitioner was wonderful and very accommodating to what I needed. Asked the right questions. I am a bit confused regarding the on call process as I called the night before and didn’t get a phone call back until practice reopened. Other than that I’ve always loved the people working here!

At least the people I was involved with. Dr. Martin and his vital staff (yes, pun intended) are pleasant and easy to talk to.

I had a fairly long delay to finally see Dr. Martin
this morning. Other than that everything was fine.

Keith Shields is a caring doctor. The best I have ever had. Knowledgeable. And doesn’t skip a step. I feel very confident in his care.

My new PCP Dr. Christine Cassel is awesome. She relates to her patients and is very caring. This Dr is very involved with patient care and doesn't put time limits on your visits. She also responds to messages and emails quickly.

Dr Vyes listens and is kind and helps you to understand why what your going through is happening. I leave feeling like he cares and that is important!

Was able to get an appointment quickly, same day in fact, the PA I saw was knowledeable, treated me with respect and answered my questions, examined me and gave me a treatment plan for my issue.

I had a cortisone shot to each Knee by Dan Mulligan. He is very gentle with the shots
No complaints and made a follow up appointment with him in February 2023.

I am thankful for their patience and understanding my health issues. They will set up any test or whatever may be the problem at that time of visits. I can then go home knowing they have taken away my worries and concerns, I appreciate them very much.
