I have been coming to this store for over 10 years. The staff has been amazing in everything step of getting my glasses and assisting me in choosing the best packages that would be good for my vision. They are all professional and guaranteed to give each client a fantastic service.

Chain store with good optometrist. Good for basic eye care. Contact lens prices are comparable but eyeglasses seem pricey compared to online alternatives (my prescription is straightforward). Does not replace a thorough eye exam by an opthalmologist every few years or sooner esp for aging patients or those with atypical conditions.

Ophthalmologist is exceptional.assistance with everything from insurance, prescription options, and advice on appropriate frames for your face. I trust them and rely on their experience and expertise.

I broke my glasses while on vacation at the beach. I was helped by professional employees who got us back to the beach very quickly. I wish I lived nearby because this is the best service and experience I’ve ever had.

I recently moved to Newport, & I’ve had a dozen prescriptions filled over the last 1 1/2 yrs. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience.

Sadly I had to go as a walk in with my only pair of glasses totally broken.
I had just been told by the employee at BJ’s optical to go to Pawtucket to get them fixed.
Fortunately I decided to go to visionworks and Ann took EXCELLENT care of me!
Within 15 minutes I had new frames and was able to see, all for under 50.00!
I was excited to be treated so well that I had to make sure to share as fast as possible.
Thank you helping me today and I will definitely be back!

This place is horrible horrible customer service for sure I went in to get a old prescription glasses I had before and the OLDER lady was just arrogant I had to get rude w her this is just horrible the way they talk to customers well NOT THIS CUSTOMER SMH very sad and poor service deffinetly gonna go somewhere else

Everyone was very professional, very helpful and very nice. Liked that they were not all "salesman pitch-y" when picking out glasses. Hoping the glasses will be as high quality as the service.
