We just bought our house 8 most ago in RI and we don't know who did it and cannot find anyone else willing to drive to Wyoming, RI.
Well they will never service or install anything in this house.

We met Joe, who helped us with sales and selecting a design, and Josh who installs and coordinates the installation process. They recommended both the propane supplier (Newport Propane) and the electrician (Jedi Electric). Both companies were terrific! We had our yearly pellet stove cleaning completed today by Brandon F. He was by far one of the best technicians ever to be sent to our home from Wakefield Fireplace. He was thorough and took his time cleaning. Super polite and overall just a great guy. Appreciated his service today - thanks Brandon!

Josh and the rest of the crew at Wakefield Fireplace & Grills were great to work with. The replaced an old factory wood-burning fireplace that had failed with a new gas-fired fireplace, which is beautiful. The service and communications were excellent, and we can hardly wait for the cooler weather to arrive to use it more.

New customer who luckily found this place in a desperate search for a reputable reliable Pellet stove service provider. Our last provider we less then desirable and Wakefield Fireplace & Grill shined a light on just how inadequate our other provider was. Josh and Austin were amazing, polite and took the time to not only get our stove back up and running but also took the time to educate me on some of the quirks/operational ticks to keep it running and running efficiently. I wish we had found this place 5 year ago!
