Walgreens, Providence RI

The store is very clean and most employees are very nice. Going to the pharmacy the other day a women named Cloey was very anxious and annoyed. She was visibly making everyone including myself feel uncomfortable.

This place should be ashamed. I have waited 4 days to have my prescription filled, no one answers the phone. When you go in person the pharmacy is closed during "open hours" and they have no signs of reopening it. My prescription (and I'm sure many others) are being essentially held hostage. Huge mistake to have your prescriptions sent here.

Liked this store very much and would have given it five stars until recently. The store area is still very nice, well stocked and the lines are short to non existent because they keep things moving. My issue is with the pharmacy. As of late they seem to have fallen off. I tried to refill a prescription via their app more than once and each time it was not received. Called and made the request via their automated and again, nothing. They say that there are no refills one minute, then the next there are. Once, I called my provider to ask for a refill to be sent. The provider informed me that they had sent enough refills to last until my next visit, which was scheduled for a few months in the future. They send constant texts/robocalls about waiting prescriptions. Turns out, they are not the ones you need. It has become rather frustrating and I must admit that I am now thinking of switching to another pharmacy.

I had my son’s shot records in hand to specify which shot he was missing and they wouldn’t even look at the paperwork give him the shots. Very disappointed.

The reason that I give this Walgreens 5 stars is the employees are constantly working not just standing around. They are polite and always ask if you need some help finding an item. The store always seems to be clean and items are always in their proper place.

Extremely poor customer service. Purchased Photos to be picked up two days ago for a friend. Never received notification that it was done. Called yesterday where I was put on hold to the point of the call looping back to ringing the store, but no answer. I hung up and recalled the store twice with no answer. I still haven't received my photos and would be requesting a refund. Real sad.

The staff here was amazing. The customer service over the phone was great and when I came in a couple min later they were swamped but they worked harder than I have ever seen at a pharmacy to take care of customers! Thanks for great service.

Really great workers here. Always super eager to help and show you where things are. They also are dog friendly and give dogs treats at the register. I live in the area and come here all the time for any miscellaneous items I might need. Kind of pricey compared to other stores like Walmart or target but the convince is worth it. They also have a parking lot which is big in this area

A good place for a quick grocery trip if you live in Fed Hill. There’s not a lot of other places to buy groceries in the area, especially within walking distance. It’s definitely more pricey than Walmart or PriceRite but the convenience is worth it. Also very dog friendly, they have treats!

I go in I fill up my car is on my dollar day stuff and then they tell me you’re only about three items per day wasted my time I forgot to give them the business to the dollar store dollar store here I come then my credit card didn’t work and they said they could not punch the number in Wildwood have to go to CVS now and dollar store I like this place lost my business

I didnt like the service here I'm sick as a dog and people were attended before me that came after me they took more than 35 minutes when I was told they were going to take 10 minutes. Use your common sense if I'm waiting for it its cause I clearly need it never again I'm coming here again, I couldn't even breath.

It is located in a very busy street. The parking is great but additional parking should be added

Been shopping there for years and all the ppl that work there Always go out of the way to help me if needed. The only thing is it's always too hot inside!:)

The employees and managers treat you like family here. All are just wonderful employees and people
