5I’m currently 22 minutes on hold with no end in sight. This store is a complete joke and the people working here should be ashamed to be associated with this place. Completely unacceptable. If you can’t staff the place at the wage you pay, pay more until you have an appropriate amount of staff.
Not joking, 1 hour and 8 minutes on hold before I hung up. All for a question that would have taken 30 seconds for them to answer. I think they just decide to not answer the phone.
I've tried calling for the past week, not once was I able to speak with a person. Over 7 calls each time with waiting 30 minutes before hanging up. I understand short staffing issues but this is ridiculous.
Terrible customer service from pharmacy. Kept being placed on hold for simple questiton.
Pharmacy is so terrible with medication i had to wait a week for my diabetic medicine and insulin when asked why it took so long they said they got my prescriptions at 9pm which i know was a lie
