First off, I've been going to this Walgreens for over 15 years. Never had I complained before. Never. Today is the day. I waited over an hour inside the pharmacy for my prescription. I was told 30 minutes. At the 45 min.mark I asked if my Rx was getting prepped they said "yes". I waited 16 more minutes and nothing. I let them know that I wasnt feeling good and its like noone cares. When did Walgreens get here? Does noone care how the sick customers feel? I thought your mantra was good customer service.
