Walmart, Warwick RI

Never any staff help around customer service line is always ridiculous it's like they have 10000 employees that are never working

Everything was good until we had a cashier with dyed hair texting the whole time she was scanning our items up. My husband noticed more since I was unloading my cart items onto the conveyor while he was packing his at the front. But she had to finish texting before she finished ringing us up. We spent over $1200 for this kind of attentiveness. We will be checking our receipt against our items to make sure everything was rung up correctly.

I had the most wonderful cashier experience last evening with Vanessa. She was genuinely pleasant and engaging. I would love to go to her line every time. She should be the example for future cashiers!

What's to say it's a Walmart, lots of stuff, cheap prices, somewhat helpful customer service, it's not good, its not bad, it's Walmart

It always smells weird here. The shelves are poorly stocked and most of the staff is terribly rude. I've started driving to Post Rd or to Coventry even though this one is right down the street.

We've been to Walmart on Bald Hill Road and Route to there and found some Kitty items that we were looking for when we went to another Walmart that they didn't have but they had them at the Warwick Mall store the Walmart so we were happy and we got what we needed so we give it a good rating

Great selection of food, beauty, home, and cleaning supplies. The fish I bought here are perfectly healthy and happy! They love the decorations I bought for their tank!

I came into the store to pick up my online order. The service rep brought it out right away and called for a big strong guy who helped me load it into my car.
How easy is that?

I hardly use this location. I ran in just to have keys made but staff was personable (greeter & hardware personnel). The store was organized & clean.

Hate this store. NONE of the employees are happy or ever crack a smile. You can never find anyone if you have a question. Store is always in disarray. Yes, the prices are good, but give me Target any day! !

This is the best Walmart in the district! Andrew helped me from bulbs to compressed air and Oscar who checked me out was friendly and packed my bags so nice. I really enjoyed my shopping experience today.

I love Walmart because u can get groceries, clothes furniture, pharmacy.u name it. And all at a price u can afford.

Shelves arent stocked. Staff isn't trained well. I also don't get why they don't sell beer or liquor here in RI

Walmarts great! Awesome selection, and super cheap dinners. Grab a pack of fajita chicken for 2 bucks, a bag of shredded cheese.and a couple dallops of sour cream makes for an easy snack for two!
