Walmart Supercenter, Coventry RI

Between shopping there, and ordering online, I find everything I need. They are as good if not better than Amazon prime.

I mean, it's Walmart. Quality of the produce could be better. Overall it's what you'd expect.

This is my go to Walmart but one of the “workers” said I couldn’t move something because she was “working” on it. I apologized but I should have never apologized because she was FaceTiming someone … doesn’t seem like working to me. She was working in the men’s section graphic tees around 230pm 10/15/2023 didnt see her name tag.

Really nice Walmart. Almost everything seems laid out well. Plenty of self check outs. Staff seems to always be stocking and keeping the store clean.

Placed an online order for pick up today. When I got home, there was an extra item I did not order which was a veggie tray and all the veggies were brown and I was missing two items from my order. I called to explain what had happened, and they originally told me to request a credit back on the app. I explained that I needed the items and they must have already been picked and bagged for me, so was I able to just head back and pick those items up? They told me “that would screw up the inventory”, well this now screwed up my plans as I now need to make another trip out. They put me on hold for a while came back and told me I could pick up. I asked when I would be able to pick up and they told me what their store hours were. I asked if they were already ready for me and they told me no so again I asked what time should I go pick up and they said I could head there and hopefully somebody would pick them soon. When I got there, they were ready, so I handed them back the gross veggie tray that they gave me that I did not order and they refused to throw it out for me and laughed stating “we can’t throw people”s garbage away for them. ” (Hello, you gave it to me lol) Not great customer service, and an extra unneeded trip.

Super nice staff at pick up. Efficient. Did a great job picking my produce. Appreciate the time I saved. Win.

According to Walmart they can order you to walk into a small room and illegally detain you because they left the door unlocked. Even though they stand in front of the door and don’t tell you the doors unlocked and you can leave anytime, they don’t considered it illegal detainment.

I had purchased 2 Visa gift cards to use as payment. I go to the register and the cashier is unable to process the transaction dink #1. She brings me to the service desk to have them process it. A manager had to override the system to get it to go through. I wanted to use the second one for the difference and she couldn't process it. Dink #2. I got so fed up I paid the difference in cash and left. Once again a multi billion dollar company who doesn't train or pay there employees properly. Once again you PAY peanuts you get MONKEES.

It makes sense that they're boss is a computer with zero Customer service. They answer to an algorithm coded by humans so they don't have to deal with the actual employees. The delivery service I've lost count how many times my stuff never came after paying 17.95 for an hour or less. Or had a scheduled drop off. Or 200.00 orders being brought to wrong places. Then told things are out, go to the store and they are not out. They "sub" things that don't even make logical sense to "sub" complete different ball park. God forbid someone who pays alot of money to walmart speak up when something is not right? They hire teenagers who don't care or bitter old woman who hate their lives. (No offense) walking into this walmart is like going backwards into time to high-school judgemental bullies.

1st time trying automotive ctr.a great experience! John was a doll! Everyone was! Reasonably priced, not 2 bad a wait upon walk-in. If u need anything tire, battery, wiper, oil chg.ya know.quick stuff, give them a try!

I like Walmart they are open until 11pm. I like going to Walmart because I like their Clear American sparkling flavored drinks. Walmart brands are MainStays Clear American Great Value and Equate. I heard on the news at 4 pm today that Walmarts hours are Sunday-Saturday at 6am-11pm.

Brain is one of the best sales people I have ever come across, VERY HELPUL and friendly. Knew exactly what was needed and didn’t try and sell me stuff I didn’t want or need. We will definitely keep him as our phone serviced.

Poor attitude by the cashier. I guess I should be happy that they actually had human cashiers, but having zero personality is unacceptable.
