Wendy's, Providence RI

Very smart and organized kitchen, employees VERY NICE, ON THE BALL, AND FRIENDLY! FRESH AND DELICIOUS FOOD! I wish I was closer to this store, I'd go more often.

Really 3.5 but imma give a 4 because the young lady who took my order pressed one of the cooks to get it done but atleast I knew my food was fresh she apologized for the cook takin long on one burger in front of me the manager an the cook an told him he was wrong other than that food was good

Staff friendly, food came out fast, hot and tasty. Sounds funny but this Wendy's fries taste better than any other I've been too

The floor is so slippery. Your feet slide out from under you while you are walking. The tables and chairs were all sticky. Just absolutely filthy. And when they "washed" the floor they left puddles of water everywhere. The order taker got my potato wrong and the sandwiches were just thrown together with no effort. Sloppy. I shouldn't have to build my burger after it was made.

I spent 25 minutes inside the Wendy's while the bumbling buffoons. Screwed my order up. Definitely not my idea of fast food. Although food was good.

WHY DOES IT SEEM, THAT WHENEVER YOU GO TO AN ESTABLISHMENT IN A NOT SO NICE AREA, (takes a longt) LONG TIME TO GET THE ORDER. ALWAYS GO TO BETTER AREAS TO GET BETTER SERVICE. I COULD HAVE MADE IT FASTER AT HOME. I'LL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

This Wendy's location on Eddy Street was good. The service was fast and friendly. Potatoes were hot. Eggs were cold on my Bacon, Egg, and cheese biscuit. The hours are awesome, opening at 6: 30 AM, closing at 4 AM. Had my sandwich been hot, this would've been a 5.

Really really really really really bad. Had to wait forever for my order which was incorrect. I ended up just leaving without the food I paid for

Was there later at night and hungrier than I realized. They put up with me coming back and were accommodating and gave great service

This Wendy’s is a mess. Most of the staff looks like they just woke up and came to work without taking a shower. The food takes forever to come out. Does not seem like there’s too much teamwork going on either. Everyone was all over the place. I’ve never seen a fast food establishment be in such disarray. Dave Thomas is tossing in his grave.

Order was good except I ordered from grubhub and this Wendy's forgot to give the drive both my lemonade drinks I paid for

Love Wendys! Maple bacon chicken croissant for breakfast is fantastic! The seasoned potatoes are delicious, even the coffee is top notch, and i take it black.

Long lines daily don't bother going if your In a rush at 3am, your not the only one. So be prepared to wait. The Management Lady is super nice and works hard so shout out to them for keeping us all fed and drunk way past midnight.

Wendy's is not what it used to be I mean I don't think any of us prefer fast food with the exception of maybe children. However I don't know what it is people that work there or just a quality of food that this serving is down but lately it seems to be the worst out of three e most popular at one time was my favorite at least.

Hire new employees, especially when it come to the management. Everyone is under the influence and orders are wring every single time I've been there

They were overall ok, they didn't hand us our lemonade even though we were there for a while. The line was getting long so we decided to leave without it.

We came to this location after an extremely hard and busy day! We placed our order with ease and the girl at the counter was very friendly smile and polite! The food was hot and not room temperature and there was a simple mistake with our order and they were very happy to over correct the issue! This is one of the best wendy's I've been to in a long time

Do not go in this store I repeat do not go in this store, I went to pick up some orders and encountered the worst Wendy's of my life, dirty kitchen, slow workers, employee with no gloves, short staffed waited 15 minutes in the register just to get help, 25 minutes total to get the food and ended up being incomplete upon arrival, seriously this place needs to get the staff thrown out the window.
