Phenomenal customer service — and they even price-matched a major retailer (with a smaller delivery fee too). Our sales rep did everything he possibly could when our fridge broke, and made it possible to get a new fridge delivered same-day. Will absolutely return for future purchases and repairs.

Sales consultants have been great; selections and services excellent as of this review. New LG range installed today, very nice but control panel lighting terrible; very disappointed. Need accessorie lighting to see specific functions. That's not acceptable! Purchased a exceptional Napoleon Prestige propane grill here; absolutely love it. Lighted dials, high temp burner, rotisserie and Lg.grilling area. All stainless and sharp looking.

Had a great experience from beginning to end with Wickford. Sales made it easy no pressure and best thing is our delivery was done 3 days from our purchase date. Delivery guys were very careful and made sure i knew how to use the new washer. Will definitely be back.

Our salesman was knowledgeable and found the right washing machine for our needs without trying to upsell. When the machine I chose wasn't in stock, and I didn't want to wait a few weeks, he found a comparable model in the same price point. The installers were courteous and came during the scheduled time.

A good experience from purchase to delivery. We've purchased all of our appliances from Wickford and they have all been great from beginning to end.

Everyone was super friendly and attentive to our questions! There was no pressure on buying "add-ons" (but we did!) And we were in and out quickly! We have bought from Wickford before, and will do so again when needed!

Another great experience with the service/repair (and sales) depts, from Laura and Kat in service advising us so clearly and professionally and scheduling a rapid response to a leaking fridge, to Dylan the on-site repair tech who know his stuff and fixed the leak, to Amanda in Sales because we were so pleased we ended up buying a new state-of-the-art fridge and can confidently give the repaired fridge to family!
