Wickford Appliance Sales & Service, North Kingstown RI

Needed a new refrigerator after the one we bought from Best Buy 4.5 years ago died and out of warranty and Best Buy Geek Squad could not fix it. We had bought a gas range from Rosa @ Wickford last year so we were very happy to see her again and buy a new Frigidaire refrigerator from Wickford and Rosa! We are all done with Best Buy for appliances and have been converted to Wickford. They work on what they sell and have a 5 year warranty for parts and labor. We are not happy to buy a new appliance but at least we know we can trust Wickford Appliance and roads to help out!

Our microwave oven over the stove died and I met with sales associate Rosa to purchase a new oven. The challenge was that the microwave matched the other kitchen appliances and the existing microwave has since been discontinued. Rosa did a comprehensive review of microwaves that would come as close as possible to being compatible with the existing kitchen. She was able to not only find a compatible microwave but was able to make a reasonable appointment for installation of the new microwave, the pressure was on to have it before the Christmas holiday. I wish to thank Rosa and Wickford Appliance for the great customer service.
