Breast health center has submitted a fraudulent bill to Blue Cross and I have been trying to fix it for over 8 weeks now. I have filed a complaint with Blue Cross and are waiting to hear back. In the mean time an administrator from the breast health center Christy Murry has yet to call me to handle this issue and they have sent me past due notices for my copay on a bill that should have never been billed to my insurance. When calling to try to rectify this issue I receive attitude from a woman named Paula who has answered the phone. This has been going on since June 27,2023.
