I agree that they need to revamp the front desk and phone system and I would remove a star for that but I wanted to add some balance to the rating! Holding times and trying to speak to a human is becoming impossible. However the care is extremely good. Both of my children were delivered by their midwives (Nicole Lassiter who isn’t there now and Fiona Clement who is and I LOVE her) and Dr. Noonan is a highly skilled OB who kept me alive and able to recover fully when something unexpected happened. Seeing a midwife in a low risk pregnancy is associated with better outcomes like less c section, lower mortality rate for you and baby. I’ve had relatively high risk pregnancies and early losses and still felt fully cared for and like all of my needs were met.

A doctor who deals with newborns told my wife one thing and wrote down another. This practice should be looked into for scams. Go to women and infants at least they can fill out paperwork. Won't be getting my business again lol

I have been a patient of this office for many years, so when I got pregnant I decided to go with them for OB medicine. The first complaint I have is EVERY SINGLE TIME I call this office I’m on hold for at least 35 minutes trying to just ask a simple question or to book an appointment. Next, the medical assistants are very unprofessional (not all but most) and they treat you like your clueless. They can be very rude on the phone, they tell you that you need further labs but are not sure of fasting hours etc.they are unable to answer most questions that a patient may have, and they dont get back to you when they say they will. Also may I add, I am a nurse and have been in this field- so I often find myself correcting them when they take inaccurate vitals and have the MD recheck and what do you know, they were completely off. I am a high risk patient because of my blood pressure, so vitals should be 100% accurate each time. With that being said, they wanted me to be seen my a DR oppose to a midwife because of this condition. Well, my Dr has canceled every appointment besides 2 on me and I have been left to see the midwife. One positive thing about this office is the midwife Jennifer Hopley. She has been with me since day 1 and is quick to respond to any message I send her so I am very thankful to have her. I was just told that my dr is leaving the practice (probably why most of my appointments have been canceled, and I’m due in 9 weeks), so now I’m left in “limbo” I just don’t recommend this office for OB med unless you see a midwife and your not high risk (Jen being the best).

The worst Doctor experience I have ever had! At my first and only visit I was told that my rare disease was all in my head. Funny how the experts at Brigham and woman’s have have a different opinion when they diagnosed me after a lifetime of illness. Other personal and very inappropriate things were said during this appointment. I cried in my car in the parking lot for a half hour before I could drive. Now one year later I’m trying to cancel my appointment and I can’t find the phone number to the East Greenwich office. Save your self grief go somewhere else!

I love my doctor, she’s fantastic. The only thing that’s absolutely horrendous is how long it takes just for someone to answer the phone. It used to tell you what number you were, now you just wait upwards of 20+ minutes just for someone to answer. It’s ridiculous. Their hours aren’t flexible either. I had to call to have paper work sent over to another office and waited on hold for 45 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable for an office. When I asked why it takes so long I’m told it’s because there’s only one person working the lines. I’d really hate to have to switch to a new office because of their poor customer service.

Good care for women. Staff needs to be more organized. Structured parking & it fills up quick for this medical building. No WiFi

I love this place! I’ve been going for almost 2 years now and I have no complaints. I’ve seen both Dr Goldman and Cynthia Siegel and my experience has been great. Dr Siegel was my midwife and she was amazing. I’d recommend this place to anyone. The staff has always been friendly and respectful.
