Yard Works reviews
7So sad. Yard works, for enjoyment outdoors, fresh air, and not compliant with environmental codes.
Yard Works completed sod an irrigation at my house
Worked with joe and it was a perfect timeline and the system works great
Peace of mind knowing I can contact them for any future problems!
I do not suppprt any business especially a local business that doesn’t support disabled veterans as far as I’m concerned it’s un American. There are other local businesses who care and will treat you with respect.
Friend warned me I’d spend all my money and she was right. I found a River birch there at competitive price for purchase and delivery plus a beautiful hanging basket. I also appreciated the somewhat chaotic placement of veggie/herb starters next to flowers - it inspired me to buy things I wouldn’t have.
Leaving this review brings me no joy. Like doing business with local businesses when possible, rather than the big chains. Unfortunately, if I have no plans on returning here or first of all the attitude of two of the men that are working there, I just very harsh simply for asking a couple of questions about the products, the flowers and hanging baskets. If it was just to happen once but this happened numerous times second of all, I will pay more to support a local business but I couldn’t rationalize spending 40% more for each hanging basket. We purchase around 40 to 50 each year.
So what I’m saying is that I think that in the past people were helpful and kind of the last year and this year the attitudes were really really poor. With one exception it was an older woman, probably my age, who understands that customers have questions about where to plant and what to plant with what those types of questions. I spent $1600-$2000 a year they’re just on hanging plants so after the two recent experiences this year I went to Stop & Shop and BJ’s were they were $10-$12 per basket less.
I understand that companies have difficulties hiring. However, they may want to reconsider who they hire as some employees are customer repellents they really are very short, tempered or impatient more accurately with customers.
I’m not sure. I’ll be back there anytime soon as I got an app that talks about caring for plants and while that’s not as preferable, I’m saving hundred dollars this year for the rest of the plants I need to purchase for our gardens.
I would not recommend the yard works experience purchasing for folks people that are looking for service experience or people that are shopping on price
Lots of selections, with reasonable price.workers are friendly and helpful, definitely gonna back again
YardWorks was very responsive. Came out within 2 days of my inquiry and provided a detailed quote. They made an installation scheduling commitment and followed through. The installation team was very professional and did a terrific job. I was very pleased with the value we received from this locally owned Company. I would use them again for sure. Thanks to Joe and the YardWorks Team!
