These guys are great! Had a drain issue and reached out to get someone out. Scheduled an appointment very quick and the person at the office you call to schedule is very pleasant! They arrived right around 10am, Preston was great! He showed me my options and explained the difference, and then found and fixed the problem very quick! They're also thorough - they checked the basement pipes, septic, all to assess the possible problems. Highly recommend! Would call again.

Technicians arrived in less than two hours after we placed call and were very courteous and professional! They were clean and wore booties in the house, so no mud was tracked in. Took care of my sink drain and bathroom drain and got things working again effectively and efficiently. Both technicians were very nice and we would recommend this company.

Joe and his team went above and beyond for us today. We had a house trap in severe condition and they were able to open the concrete floor and remove it for us. They didn’t leave until 8pm and were positive and professional the entire time despite having a long and hard day. Its not easy to find good tradesman to work on your house these days. Never mind ones that care. They cleaned the entire area when they were done and even offered to backfill for us. Great work guys

Great and easy service. I called on a Sunday hoping to get an appointment for Monday or Tuesday. The lady on the phone had openings today which was awesome. Also there was no extra charge for it being a weekend or on a Sunday, Kyle, the technician was excellent, knowledgeable and somewhat a decent drawer. Thank you, Zoom Drain.

Zoom drain is the greatest the plumber, Gianni, the best it came to my house and He did what he can to clear the drain he just would not quit. Don’t go to gym plumbing and heating. Don’t go to Roto-Rooter you gotta go to zoom drain. These guys are the greatest.and they not here to rob you

Joe and his assistant were excellent! They arrived within a few hours of us calling. They were professional and cleaned up the area where they worked. We will definitely be calling them with our next plumbing problem.

I called Zoom Drain Cleaning at 7: 00am and they were at my house by 8: 30 am. They were confident in there work and resolved both of my issues. They also cleaned the area they worked in. The technician was awesome and made me feel like I was doing him a favor other than him doing me a favor in my time of crisis. FIVE STARS

Gianni was helpful and very knowledgeable. My house has old cast iron pipes. He knew there should be two points of entry to the main sewer line but we only seen one. He was very determined to find the 2nd entry to be able to snake the line out to the road. After a little digging he found it. He waz here for four hours but he cleaned out the vent pipe, made sure all lines were flowing freely before he left. I will definitely call them again if I run into any more issues. Great company.

Gianni was great! Called late at night, they had a professional at my door the very next morning. My issue (dishwasher wasn't draining) was resolved in under an hour. Up-front pricing with no commitment, too! They're awesome. I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends & family.
