Super easy and very friendly I don’t remember the ladies name but she was super helpful, very knowledgeable and really nice. I’m all set and it took less than 10 mins!

Process was simple and the facility was very nice. Climate control was exactly what we needed for storing stuff until we finished our new home.

Over the holiday weekend, I was eager to setup a storage unit to move some bulk items into. I was happy to see I could do it myself online. I did struggle at first when my computer wasn’t letting the payment complete so it was hard to use the website at first. I waited til Monday and then tried again on my phone and was able to get the storage unit reserved. I appreciated all the info via email to independently get into the unit quickly. After a quick survey of my initial concerns, I received a call/voicemail from June on Monday afternoon ready to help. I was in the midst of a quick move so I totally spaced, but now that I was in I was okay and not as flustered. I’m happy they called to ensure I was set up. I also received a call from Jessica. I had the pleasure to speak with her and she got me set up with my code activated and even helped update the code to make it shorter and easier to use. She answered all of my lingering questions and more. Very very happy with the customer service and level of care. Thank you so much! I’m happy with my unit, I am close to a door and I’m glad it’s temperature controlled. I think it’s fair pricing considering the size and quality of the facility. Perfect location for me.

I rented my storage unit online and had access immediately even before the office was open. Once the office opened the manager, Jessica told me to download an app that I could use to open the gate without using the long access number. Great experience overall!

The online ap would not assign a unit #. After an hour of trying I called the help desk and got the nicest rep to help me.

I was very happy to be able to do everything online and not have to wait till the morning or go in person!

Quick response from the associates on site, was a pleasure to rent a storage from and the process was smooth and easy!
