Dollar General Corporate Headquarters, Goodlettsville TN

At the location in Dickson Oklahoma, the back of the store is so full of product that no one can fit in there. Nothing is on the shelves because it's all in the back just sitting there! This has been going
on for weeks. The town of Dickson is very frustrated.

Worst customer service! They have people answering calls, they can't speak english and can't solve it bc they cant understand! They need there customer service in the USA were they can find people that can speak ENGLISH!
Someone stole my online order and now I cant get my money back. I been calling for hours and is just going in circles! Hate Dollar General!

I already stopped shopping your McKinley location due to the utter lack of compassion and REPEATED local mandate violations, looks like I have to boycott you completely. I haven't stepped into a chik-fil-a or Jimmie John's in years due to their contributions to conversion therapy and trophy hunters. I can assure you that my intestinal fortitude is strong and you lost my business. I'm also reporting you to the local health department because we took video.

Store manager refused to allow me to retrieve fedex package. Federal told me I could. Plus she was rude

Why is their no mobile wheel chair available at any of your locations? That is discrimination if I have ever seen it. That’s ok tho I will continue to give my money to Walmart’s and local grocery stores, they care for their customers apparently more than the dollar general because they supply mobile wheel chairs.

Why us our local newington ga. Dollar general closing at 7: 00 p.m. Now instead of 10: 00 p.m. Like every other dollar general? It is very inconvenient for the only store that we don't have to drive 15 to 30 minutes to just up and change there hours like that! Was this approved by corperate?

The digital app does not match up with the stores. I went to buy 25.00 today and got to the register to use the coupon and they said it did not work today. I pulled it up and showed them the date but they sorry it was out of their hands. I will NEVER go back. I will stick with dollar tree and Walmart. Customer service is a joke!

I was so excited when the Dollar General opened in my hometown. We don't have much except a small grocery store here, so a little competition was nice I thought. Sad part, the digital coupons not ringing up. Every single time I try to use them something doesn't come off. I also decided to buy 2 bags of Ziploc bags tonight because there was a sticker that said save. 75 cents. This was supposed to be automatically without the digital coupons. It never took that. 75 cents off when they rang up either. So I got ripped off again. $1.50 today. I might as well go to my local grocery store and spend the extra $1.50 on the bags there, at least I'd save gas. It's closer.

I have always loved shopping at our dollar store here in KY, but I went to Unadilla GA dollar store and it was messy but most of all it stank. I was appaled at the trashy way it looked as well, can someone do something about that store please. Before I move down there in a few days.

Headquarters was nice but DM always know when corporate is coming so they select stores to visit and focus on cleaning those stores only. I wish corporate could come unannounced to see what customers really see everyday like store 15142 located Edinburg Tx off 2812. That store is bad I wish corporate would go there unannounced.

If the only thing customer service can do is ask me to call again if the clerks are rude again, why would I go back? Dollar Tree and Family Dollar are all in the same intersection.

Many times the pricr marked on shelf is lower than price that is charged. I have complained to the corporate office and district manager multiple times over the last 3 years and it continues to happen. It appears to be intentional.

I live in Mulberry Arkansas where the only grocery store is a Dollar General. It's a good concept but the store is poorly managed. Customers are not important to them at all. They don't take care of one customer before they move to the next. They two areas with bagged ice on the outside of the store.i went there today bought a bag of ice at 11 am the ice machines were still locked so I told the cashier after I went outside and saw them locked. She got a set of keys and couldn't get them open so she was going to get another step of keys and she never came back. Just left me there waiting and waiting. I finally after confronting them was told they had opened the ice machine that I couldn't see.

When you have an issues with pricing go directly to your state's weights and measures and log a complaint. There can be big fines for this. A big fine might just get corporate attention

I wish I could give less than 1 star. One time, my card info was stolen at a Dollar General POS and someone tried to charge $5000 to my account. Fortunately, it was caught by my bank. When I contacted Dollar General, they told me it was my problem. Yesterday, I made a purchase and was charged twice. No doubt I'll get the same snarky customer-no-service response.

I will be contacting the BBB, Consumer Reports, and the Chambers of Commerce to report them. I will also be talking with my lawyer today to make sure I get a refund of the extra charges.

I WILL NEVER EVER WASTE ANY OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY IN THIS STORE AGAIN! CASHIER RUNG UP AN ITEM THAT I DID NOT BRING TO THE COUNTER AND WHEN I CAME TO RETUTN THE ITEM THIS PERSON IS ASKING FOR A RECEIPT WHICH HE DID NOT GIVE ME! I SAY THIS BECAUSE THIS PERSON DIDN'T GIVE THE 2 LADIES IN FRONT OF ME THEIR RECEIPTS CAUSE I SEEN HIM TEAR THEM OFF AND CRUMPLE THEM. THEN HE PROCEEDED TO GO THROUGH THE MANY RECEIPTS HE ALREADY THREW IN THE TRASH! ON TOP OF THAT THE MANAGER MADE ME WAIT OVER 5 MINUTES JUST TO TELL ME "HE CAN ONLY GIVE ME STORE CREDIT"!

I went to the store on Houston levee and Highway 64 today. The young lady at the register took my payment and completed my purchase of my Coca Cola products but did not bag my items. I asked her was she going to bag my items and she said no, because I was a man and could bag my on items. Correct me if I am wrong; was that not gender profiling and is that not illegal and unethical and not morally acceptable in business. I asked her for her manager and she replied back, I am the manager tonight. I am a patient at The West Clinic and do not have time for anyone mistreating me. My arm is swollen and it would have been nice; for, just a little bit of break. I guess, I need a Civil Rights Lawyer, just to get my Coke bagged at Dollar General, since; I am a man. Who knew being a man wanting to just take home some Coke and a Spite to my family would cause me to be discriminated against.
