Dollar Tree, Germantown TN

I have always been a continuous customer of Dollar Tree. Over the years, however, my experience has become worst. Items are misplaced in isles, the store is filthy, and the staff is not welcoming. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store.

The Fall decorations are wonderful. I can't wait until September to begin decorations.

I really appreciate the inventory this location has in stock. My children and I Love coming to this location because of how clean it is, not to mention it's exclusive inventory selection that you won't find at other Dollar Tree's. Customer service was wary gentle and patient with my family and although we did has quite a bit of items. I won't change anything at this location great store. Excellent customer service.

They would not let us buy any of these balloons for an event even though they ran out of them behind the counter. Make that make sense! We didn’t want all of them just 7? Will be emailing corporate

This store is clean, roomy in the aisles, and well organized. Check-out was surprisingly slow.

Store opens at 8 am on weekdays. It’s currently 9: 15 am and the doors are locked. There are not any notices on the door explaining why they aren’t opened as schedules. The Alights are on but no employees are visible. No one answers the phone! Go elsewhere!

Rude staff. I can’t give a 0. Eloise is the worst employee there today. Should be fired. I had to get my cards out of my car and came back to pay for the stuff I planned on purchasing. She totally ignored me as I should there waiting for he to recheck my out. Eloise didn’t bother to tell anyone about my situation. None of the other employees asked if I needed help. Once done checking every one out, she still totally ignored me and turned off her light. Eloise, I think you’re in the wrong line of work honey. Totally useless staff today.

Once nice, but very nasty, now! Front entrance floor filthy, not sanitizer, stains on floor in back, item out of order on shelves. Need monitoring by HQ!

Biggest best store I've ever seen and CLEAN BATHROOMS. They had what I needed, Pool noodle and magnetic wipe boards. But of course came out with soo much more. I will definitely be back maybe next time supervised lol.

There was quite a bit of empty space in the front, I'm guessing because they're rotating to school supplies. And I didn't notice the name on the outside of the building at first because it was black to match the building esthetics.

Went to a garden store for starter pots, then remembered Dollar Tree had them - much cheaper!

A dirty place! Where is the Dollar store management, where is the headquarters inspections, do they even care about having a clean store! Every time i go there its the same disgusting floor and bathrooms! I keep telling myself, this is my last visit to this garbage hole. Below one star! Let me know if you need photos.

I have never seen a place that dirty! The floor is always dirty and as if never cleaned or vacuumed! I wish they would clean the store at least so it would look nicer!

I always enjoy going to Dollar Tree. We're having Movie Night at Church and I needed to get candy. I found everything that I wanted and more. The clerk was very patient when scanning 80 boxes of candy.

This is my favorite Dollar tree. Today there were extremely crowded. I'd usually scan my favorite rows but they were too crowded and the lines were too long. Good thing was that all the lines were open. None of today's issues were the fault of the store and they had the lines open. No complaints.

Today was my first time stopping in this store and I must say this will be my go to location. It was well stocked and cleaned most importantly. This is one of the very few locations that's clean.

The experience I had was horrible I asked two associates questions and they where very rude. I asked both of them questions and the walking away while they where answering my question. The customer service is a 0 for me.

Store was very clean, employees still stocking. Store was not crowded and employees were helping customers as well.
