We thought we were having an amazing experience the night we went to look at a 2017 Ford Edge. Turns out, after calling the most recent services on the car listed on CarFax, the car has a bad oil leak into one of the cylinders tbat 1 Oak Autos did not disclose to us. 1 Oak Autos knew about this issue and were about to sell us a bad car. Now Raul refuses to give us back our $300 deposit - even though we signed absolutely nothing stating the deposit was nonrefundable. Please, avoid this dealer at all costs.

I recently purchased a BMW X5 from this dealership and it was a great experience from start to finish. Raul and Diago were professional, answered all my questions and explained the purchase process. I was able to test drive the car couple of times, reviewed the car history in detail and they made sure I was comfortable with the car before we moved forward with the purchase. Great financing options were offered by the dealership, and we even had option to purchase extended warranty. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received at this dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good reliable vehicle.

I have challenged credit, and a sizable Down payment. I needed a car, I came here to get one. If you couldn’t help me get a car just be honest and upfront with me as I was with them. Don’t LIE on a credit application just to get the deal done. Then have me come back and return the car because you LIED.

There is a 2017 Merceds Benz E class there. It’s White. With 3 different tires on it. It runs bad. If you hit even the smallest pot hole, you’ll feel the entire car shake. That’s not how Mercedes is supposed to run, thankfully I am going to a REPUTABLE dealership and am getting my dream car today.

Never again, if you get an uneasy feeling trust it and move on. Life’s too short to force things to happen that aren’t meant to happen.

This has been one of the most embarrassing, but important life lessons I have learned thus far. Shady car dealerships and car salesmen are still alive and well in 2023!

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with a deer while on my way to go camping, resulting in significant damage to the front of my van. However, I was fortunate to have chosen the services of this auto shop, from which I purchased my Toyota Highlander 4 years ago. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional level of service I received! From beginning to end, everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and without any complications.

First and foremost, I was amazed at the remarkable speed with which they completed the repairs. They wasted no time in getting my car back on the road. I didn't have to endure waiting for weeks as the repairs were swiftly taken care of.

What truly stood out to me was the seamless process they provided.
