Absolutely INCREDIBLE service from start to finish! I was dreading my move and had procrastinated in finding a service to help me out. After posting on Thumbtack on a Friday, I was contacted by Andy at 1Source within an hour and was told that I could get a team on Sunday to help me early in the morning. I had been stressed out for weeks in trying to figure out how how I was going to get everything resolved, but Andy was incredibly kind and reassuring, and was able to get me the help I needed on short notice. He explained everything up front in terms of cost, and let me know that if I needed to extend time with the crew, then I could rest assured that they'd help until the job was done.

Two days later, a two-man crew (Nate and Jerry) showed up (early, even!) and were able to load up their spacious 26' truck in just under two hours. They quickly moved heavy furniture (a bed, mattress, two pieces of a massive couch, a desk, desk chair, cabinets, dressers, and a large multi-piece entertainment system) and several boxes in a professional and safe manner. They were extremely courteous and respectful, and I couldn't have been happier with their help. After a short drive, they unloaded the truck - taking numerous things into the rooms I requested. Just as they had when they loaded the truck, their work was fast, efficient, and handled carefully and safely. They made sure I was happy before they left - I was able to inspect the truck to make sure everything had been unloaded, and never once felt like they weren't doing everything they could to help me out. All in all, it was around three hours, saving me a HUGE amount of time. I couldn't believe how quickly they worked. They packed things up, used blankets to protect items, and all in all did a SPECTACULAR job!

Andy kept in touch with me throughout the move, and was quick to follow up once the job had been completed. He was amazingly empathetic and nice - an amazingly friendly and nice guy!

I just could not have asked for a better experience. I really cannot say enough good things and you ABSOLUTELY should use their service! I have moved a few times here in Austin, but nothing has come close to the level of service 1Source Moving provided me.

Billion star service!

I cant write enough good words about this company. I PREVIOUSLY had a nightmare move in NY with a DIFFERENT MOVER where they pulled the typical Bait and Switch last minute to get more money before unloading my family and I's things. Then I went through diff nightmare with a other mover.

Andy is absolutely the most ethical, friendly, fair, and great all around guy. He is skilled as one of the most professional movers I have ever met. His movers are FAST, Professional and EFFICIENT.

GUYS- I DONT KNOW HOW ELSE TO SAY THIS. THis is the best mover you will hire. PERIOD.

IVE been scammed in the past. Andy took care of my family and I (including a newborn and a 3 year old) moving from Austin to Southern California. He did it in 4 days. He did it EXTREMELY FAST.he gives you his phone number and responds immediately. THERE WERE ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES.

I have never been happier to deal with movers. I hate moving, it sucks. Andy made my life very easy. He deserves an award.
