10 Minute Oil Change, Stafford TX

Went in due to my engine coolant leaking… they told me that I needed to replace the ENTIRE hose system and they they were not able to replace just the broken hose because “all the new stuff is made out of metal, not this rubber”. He then laughed and said oh you own a ford that’s why it broke down on you. I decided to google the single hose I needed and found out how to install it myself in my drive way. They wanted almost $700, I fixed it myself in 30 minutes for $135 (what the hose cost directly from ford) and took my wife to a nice dinner afterwards. Don’t trust everything this mechanic shop tells you. They prey on the fact that you don’t know about cars to try to sell you on whatever they want.

All of this also after waiting for over 1.5 hours just to “see” if they could get the part and without an estimate of how much everything would cost.

I recently went for a state inspection, staff is friendly and the process was quick

I went and got my oil changed there on Saturday and they didn't connect the tube to the air filter and my brake fluid cap was missing. That same night my car over heated and the water pump busted. My mecanic said that it was cause the air wasn't flowing properly and it caused it to over heat. I went by on Monday to ask about my cap and they denied ever touching it and that they didn't have it. I DO NOT recommend this place. That simple oil change cost me over $300. Never again will I go there.

They are cheaters. They didn’t tell you the issue until they took the money.
