This place absolutely blew me away the first time I saw it in person. The pictures do not do it justice. It's a beautiful venue, I just wish we would've utilized more of it. We had a beautiful wedding here! We did have a little problem, but Lauraleigh was very apologetic and took care of it for us after the fact which we really appreciated.

I gotta say, I'm a little disappointed that Betty Brown didn't make an appearance.

Very well done historical presentation of Juneteenth proclamation for Texas, with the history of Union General Order No. 3. The Villa itself is not a tour but event venue in one ballroom. The estate has suffered significant storm damage and will take restoration.

We didn't actually go into the villa we went to the building attached to it. They have a Junteenth museum. If was nice impressive to see all the history galveston has in relation to this day. Hear stories of people on how they remember this day. I recommend people to check it out.

Took pictures while on the Ghost Tour with Noel. The House is supposed to be haunted. Noel can explain it to you in detail

This is a fantastic house built almost 200 years ago in 1859. It's been maintained in it's original state for the most part with a few exceptions. The house absolutely give meaning to the phrase"they don't build them like this anymore". If you have time check it out. It's worth the visit.

When it comes to old school architecture, Galveston has it all and beyond compare. The details are second to none.

Was very interesting years ago when I visited but it is closed to the public now. Saw it on a ghost tour with Tyson.

We rented this facility for a video shoot and I'm happy to say we were pleased with the service, the property manager, and the other assisting professionals.

We didn't go inside. We got the story on our Galveston ghost tour. Betty Brown sounds like a party animal who is still partying it up in the Villa today.

Definitely felt the energy standing in front of it while listening to its rich history. Definitely recommend it. Lots of history on the island.

This place was a stop on the Galveston Spooky ghost tours.
Great tour to catch paranormal activities through your fotos.
