1860 Pizza Co, Boyd TX

Shad was the goat he make that pizza slap with flavor, and Sophia was a little shy but opened up in the end which is good cause they build personality here. Anthony is good manager quality always respectful and makes sure that everything is up to the high standards they have.

I ordered a to go supreme pizza. I picked up and it was on time. However, when I got home, I discovered it was not the style that I ordered. We ate it but not what I ordered. They were not busy so can’t attribute to a busy night.

I enjoyed 1860 Pizza Company. Our food was fresh and tasted good, but I really found their menu lacking. I wish they had more options as far as the menu goes. They do a good job making their pizza, but not everyone has the same tastes.

The difference between a good restaurant and a great restaurant is one who caters to a wider variety of people (EX: Meat Lovers, Vegetarian, BBQ Chicken Pizza, Multiple cheeses, Mediterranean, etc) as well as traditional offerings that most pizza restaurants have.

I understand that there are many things to consider (ingredients, etc) but I don't think it would be cost ineffective to offer more choices.

Over an hour wait for one pizza and wings. No refills on drinks, no apologies, didn't even get acknowledged until it was time to pay. Should had walked out. Has potential and a cute place but really need to work on ticket times.

Great pizza! The cheesy bread is awesome! Especially if you add toppings to it. Great service and food!

Salad bar was well-stocked and the dressings were probably my favorite, even more so than the pizza. Pizza was good, albeit a tad salty. The cheese was ooey-gooey and stringy, as pizza cheese should be. The buff chicken was good; blue cheese belongs on everything in my opinion. I would love to see a BBQ chicken pizza on their menu.

Service was great, the servers were attentive and super nice! Although it’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had, I had to give this a 5-star review since it is the best I’ve had in Texas.

The night we went was after church and the church was there for dinner after. It was fine and service was great considering the place was packed

Dont order ferom here better quality and ownership with Mr. Jims. We ordered 100 dollars worth of food one night to be delivered that included 3 pizzas some wings a desert and bread sticks. The experience started with a delivery by door dash that was not conveyed when ordered and took 1 hour past the 45 min promise time. Once here we didn't have our wings or desert along with 2 pizzas being wrong completely. When called the front desk said it was the door dashes fault the door dash said it was what he got. She insisted she had called to replace the wings with more bread but later concluded she called the wrong number. A manager was supposedly supposed to reach out the next day and I never got a call and has not been fixed. After all that the pizza was not very good anyways.

The food and service are amazing. We just stopped in for a light lunch so we just had the cheesy bread and salad bar. Everything was very fresh! The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

We were visiting Texas from Oregon and wanted to visit the town of Boyd since that is our last name and decided to try the pizza in town, the service was amazing and great pizza as well. Thank you for the memory

Called in a order for take out was told 20 minutes but got there in 10 minutes and pizza was hot and ready. When we got home and open the box the pizza looked so good perfectly cooked. As we both started to eat the pizza and realized how good it was i personally did not want to share it. Great job 1860 pizza you knocked it out of boyd.

First of all we need more restaurants in this area of this caliber, great little place with great people and atmosphere and service, they are waiting on their liquor license right now but you can still byob and believe it or not they are serving coors light on draft for free in the meantime. I went there with my son and ordered an cheese pizza and wings, the pizza is great, the sauce has a nice subtle sweetness to it (think papa johns) it is good. The wings had great flavor (I had mild buffalo) and it was on a Wednesday and that day wings are a buck a piece, great value, my only gripe is that the wings don't have any crisp/crunch to them, now they are oven baked according to their menu, but you can achieve the crunch even oven baked. The waitress was amazing and had the whole place and bar to take care of and killed it, she also played and made my 3 year old son laugh. All in all go here and keep local places thriving!

They have great food and service, especially one of their workers Lexi. She’s super friendly and is a highlight of our dinners here.

Lexi was great! Super friendly and made the place inviting. It was my first time to eat there. The Friday lunch special was a slice, the salad bar and drink. The pizza was really good. For me the crust is what has to be just right. 1860 nails it. I love to eat in a clean restaurant. I could smell how clean it was when I walked in.

Lexi was so kind and friendly. She even took pics for us. The best waitress ever! I’ll be back!
