1st Source Servall Appliance Parts / Marcone Supply, Houston TX

Worst service ever in the world. Waiting in the outside in cold weather waiting for call waiting for someone to come. Everywhere open but this store close only except from back. Just use other stores. Without call they wont do anything

It took 45 minutes for me to get parts and no other customers were present. And AW Appliance have been doing buisness in that location since it was Central Supply. Back in the 80s

Don't waste your time driving over an hour for a part they have in stock. They do not deal with the public. Wont even answer their phone. How sad what this Country has become.

Our dryer stopped working and I already knew where to go to get a quality part along with excellent customer service. Go see Mr Singh and the staff at Marcone Supply. You won't be disappointed.

Went over to buy a new element for my dryer the guy at the counter took the extra step to check what exactly was wrong with it and only sold me what I needed he could have stiffed me with $150 part instead walked out paying $40 will be back in the future

I have gone to all 3 stores. They all have very friendly helpfull people. They r knowledgable and if they dont they look ut up and trybyo make your visit better. Thanks to all 3 stores and employees

Fernando is very knowledgeable and was able to help us out. He printed a copy of our refrigerator parts and showed us exactly what part we needed to change. It was great finally finding someone who knew what he was talking about.

Excellent customer service. Went to the Winkler store they did not have the part. Gentlemen took to his computer and found it at the North Houston store told me he would have it ready for pickup in the morning. Got there and in less than 5 minutes I was on my way home. Thank you for the great service that you offer.

10 minute wait on the phone, they offer parts not too much advice. I was told that I can buy the parts and if they don't fix the problem I can always return them. Their price on the part $170 Sears Direct $63. I have always had the best of service from Servall. Today. Not so much.

Closed exactly 2pm on Saturday when I was stuck in traffic. And called and ask to wait 5 mins but they couldn't

Decent place to get parts but they posted anti-gun signs. Self respecting gun owners are advised to get their parts elsewhere like Appliance Parts Depot or online.

Ordering wasn't bad until I seen the anti gun postings so I cancelled my order and had it delivered. I finally received my order the next day and wrong part!

They have all the standard parts and if they don't have your part, they usually can have it shipped from another store within 1-2 days.
