Employees were nice but very pricey for phone repairs.
I recommend Mobile Phone Geeks instead which is two blocks away, they were about 20 bucks cheaper to repair the parts i needed.

A great place to bring your electronic troubles. Very nice and easy to talk to. Great environment as well. Also can sell phones. I got there and they instantly ordered the part I needed for my broken iPad. I will definitely be coming back.

Cutting and pasting my Yelp review, don't hate me) I thought I needed a new charging port on my 6S Plus but they said that's not necessary. They cleaned the port so that it's charging fine, didn't charge me, and wouldn't take a tip for slices or tacos. It was (I guess) a simple job but they're super nice guys and I'd for sure use them again without hesitation.

Went in for a battery replacement on an iPhone 7+, got my phone back a couple hours later. Only 50ish bucks. Nice.

I called earlier and spoke to a very friendly and helpful person who told me they could help me with my issue. My old laptop was coming apart at the hinge when I closed it and I brought it in to two employees who swiftly provided a quick fix and a long term option. They fixed the problem in the time it took me to get a boba tea and didn't charge me for the quick fix. I would highly recommend this location as they are super helpful, quick, friendly, and professional! I'll definitely be coming here for any future tech issues.

Amazing service. Took an iPad to UBreakIFix and they fumbled with it for two hours and told me I needed $150 repair and it would take 2-4 weeks.

Took it to Danny at 1Up and he fixed it in less than 5 minutes. They wouldn’t even let me pay them for the fix.

I’ve gotten my phone fixed here twice, each time they were super quick and incredibly nice. I hope I don’t break my phone again but if it does this is the place to go!

I paid for a screen repair and a glass screen protector and initially I thought everything was great it only took them 40 mins and it was $100. After only having it a week and a half I noticed it was hard to type in letters and then i dropped it from less than a foot off the ground and the screen protector and my actual screen shattered.

Took my PS3 for repairs and without looking inside the game console I was told it was irreparable. Game Console and Repairs Shop on Military Drive, San Antonio fixed my console in less than one hour.

Honest! The gentleman working at the San Marcos location, Sunday afternoon 8/29 at 1: 30 has earned our business! We will be back and referring friends! I was convinced by friends and another phone tech (not this store) that my Samsung Note needed a replacement speaker. The 1UpRepairs gentleman took my phone in the back and returned with my speaker working! NO CHARGE, he says. Just a bit of dirt blocking it. WONDERFUL! Honesty! Love it! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I truly appreciate the guys at the store for trying to get my phone working unfortunately it wasn’t fixable, my fault. They didn’t charge me since it wasn’t fixable I really appreciated that, they kept their word on not charging me if can’t be fixed. I’ve been at this location before to get another iPhone fixed which was successful and price was great also the timing of how quickly they got it fixed too! This is a business run by honesty and integrity. If your looking into fixing your phone, these guys are who you want to go to!

I thought I.had struck out on getting the android system update I hoped would make a master reset unnecessary or getting rid of my phone.

These guys listened to me and agreed to attempt the fix. They kept me updated along the way on wait time. They know their stuff and give excellent service.
And they did this all as a courtesy!

They made up for all that bad customer service from my carrier. And that is the highest praise I can give. They made my day!
