I have lived in this place for around 3 months now and I have loved every bit of it. They have amazing amenities like the gym, pool area, and study rooms, all nicely kept clean for us residents! To note Richard is the most helpful employee i have met, he has helped me ressolve many issues ive had and was very helpful when signing with this complex!

An amazing community to be apart of, the staff are friendly, especially Trevor, a community assistant, who goes above and beyond with helping out residents in the front office.

Me and my friends were given a great tour by a CA there, Trevor. Very friendly and really kept us engaged. Amazing complex!

Great area, good price, and the nicest staff! Lived here for 2 years and it was great. The gym is a plus. Richard was so nice and he even went out his way to deliver mail personally to my unit. I will forever tell people to stay at 21hundred, and make sure to say hi to Richard if you ever see him around!

Richard was a wonderful tour guide. He showed me around the place, and the apartments were very spacious and nice. He also honestly answered any questions I had, and even gave me some insights about the areas around where the apartments are located. On top of this, he was fully transparent about other choices for apartments which was very surprising to me and really shows his character as an honest salesperson. Overall, I would say you should 100% go and give 21Hundred a visit and see it for yourself!

I had the pleasure of working with Cheryl during my apartment search, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the assistance I received. Cheryl was incredibly knowledgeable and patient in helping me understand the leasing process. She took the time to explain every detail, from lease terms to application procedures, making the entire process much smoother. Her professionalism and dedication to ensuring I found the right apartment was truly commendable. Thanks to Cheryl, I now feel confident and informed as I embark on this new chapter in my life. I highly recommend her to anyone in search of an apartment.

Hidden fees every month. My son was charged for a mailbox key he never saw. Two separate bills when he moved out. These people will nickel and dime you to death!

My time living in this apartment complex has been far from enjoyable, and I feel I should share my concerns with potential residents. First and foremost, the ongoing pest issues, especially with spiders and cockroaches, have been a constant source of frustration. Despite numerous complaints, these problems persist, making daily life uncomfortable.

In addition to the pest problems, my privacy has been invaded multiple times by the maintenance team. On occasion, they entered my apartment without any prior notice or even bothering to knock. This lack of respect for residents' privacy is completely unacceptable.

Furthermore, a particularly distressing incident occurred when the entrance gate malfunctioned and closed on my truck, causing significant damage. What was even more disheartening was the reaction of the maintenance team who were present during this incident. Instead of offering assistance or taking responsibility for the malfunctioning gate, they were seen laughing and mocking me, claiming it was my fault. Sadly, this was not an isolated incident, as I've witnessed the gate closing on several other vehicles.

Extremely incompetent people (kids) running this apartment complex, especially Rondrick (General Manager) who will not return your calls for months. Please be advised your child will not have their issues heard. When they move in it will likely not be clean and there have been crimes reported in the complex so safety is a concern. They charge hidden fees and take no accountability for their actions. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT let your child move in here. Avoid ALL American Campus complex.

Well after and safe neighborhood, nobody drives crazy in the parkinglot and maintenance is always quick to provide help/assistance

This is my first year here and I love it! 21Hundred has a community that really feels like home. I don’t think I could’ve found a more welcoming community than 21Hundred!

Poorly managed student complex. Every member of management will sit there and lie to your face. Have never met a more incompetent group of people. Glad my child is finally done with this complex. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Why does your maintenance team think it is OK for them to go into apartments with out knocking. Let alone. They go into girls rooms without knocking. Of they hear the shower running. That means you don't go inside. Yalls team is playing with fire when they do that. They going to do that to the wrong person. They going to have to answer to the father brother uncles and cousins. Then yall are going to get sued. I suggest yall better tell them to stop that. Knock on the doors. And just dont walk in on girls. You may ask yourself how do I know. Well I have friends that live and have lived there.

Caroline, the CA, was extremely helpful and communicated well in a stressful situation. 10/10 needs a raise
