24 Hour Fitness, Houston TX

This 24 hour fitness is so run down. The machines are old and rusty. There are like two disinfectant stations for the whole upstairs area. The showers are gross, there is no soap in the dispensers. Today is my second day coming and not one is here to open the gym (it's 5: 30am).

Restrooms are usually filthy and showers are dirty. No one scrubs for hygiene. Not worth a super sport. Customer Service is non existant, employees not friendly or professional. Maintenance is better. 08-2021

The roof leaks every time it rains, hot water for a shower only works some of the time, and maintenance on equipments lacking. This morning (7/9) I’m unsure if gym was open because I left after sitting in the parking lot until 5: 30. Possibly update your Facebook page or add something in the 24 go app to alert guests of the issues if they arise. I understand things happen but when you close half of the locations the ones left open should have their stuff together. This location has failed multiple times.

The smell of the gym is awful! I was told by the front desk agents that the roof leaks when it rain. Most of the machines are rusty and dirty.

24 hours? They should change the name. Now they no longer open 24 hours when the pandemic has ended and other gyms are still open 24 hours. I am paying for the service 24

6: 21am April 30,21 not helpful. Brianna Q. Terrible attitude and body language an facial expression simple immature. Associate needs customer service training. I start my day on a positive note but this young lady definitely impaired my mood.

The gym I joined has everything, basketball courts, pool, sauna and steam rooms, hot tub, dead weights and machines, stair machines, and fitness classes. They have a boxing heavy bag, every thing I need for a good work out. Staff is friendly and helpful if you want an affordable gym that has it all this is it.

The gps took me dire tly to the spot i wanted. 24 hour fitness was great i had a beautiful work out

I have seen countless reviews saying it dirty and old but that was from a couple months and or years ago. They have renovated and hired new staff. Its very clean and it's nothing like the pictures.

Great gym. Very clean. Other then some minor issues with a few of the shower's the gym is very well taken care of.

24 hour fitness willowbrook location has made great adjustments for social distancing and added some new equipment.

This gym is old, outdated, falling apart, water leaks everywhere & the front desk guy is rude, inexperienced, & extremely unprofessional.

I had stopped going for a couple of weeks. There’s limited cardio equipment since the social distancing and too many people without mask. Sometimes it’s the staff.

The trainers are now reserving multiple machines for one training session and the other half of the equipment does not work and with only one hour you can't get much done. I was told they guy paid 2000 for some premium package so unless you have 2k for 24hourfitness go somewhere else
