24 Hour Fitness, Spring TX

Thank you to all the staff. Would rather have more than an hour.well COVID ended that for a while.

Day 1 = Call first speak to robot on phone, robot says gym is open. Go to this location. They are closing to clean for 30 minutes but the entire gym is full of people working out. I drive 30 minutes back home.

Day 2 = Call first speak to human on phone. Human says opening at 2 pm till 3 pm. I go to this location. I am told by guys at front desk that it is "Seniors Only Hour. " Remember I spoke to a person, this person did not mention it was for seniors only.

Ended up driving to the 24hr fitness off of Lake Plaza Dr up in northern part of Spring. They worked with me, I got in, I worked out, I went home with no issues. I would avoid the Kuykendahl location they not only do not how to inform their clients properly but they also don't know how to work with their clients as well. Seriously considering finding another gym, they charge too much for all the b.s they end up giving their clients.it's always something with 24 hr fitness

Need to change your name to 20 hour fitness, closed when I love to work out. Waste of a 2 year membership.

This is the third time money has been taken from my account after being told my membership has been canceled or frozen. The staff needs to be better trained. If they don’t know what they are doing the shouldn’t be there. It can’t be that damn difficult!

I have been going to this gym for a year now and I absolutely love it, including the workers. That is until now. Never have I ever had a problem with any of the workers at this gym until recently. A new worker was hired, Kyle, and I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I’ve tried to ignore the looks he’s given me, but he struck the last straw today when he pulled out his cellphone to take pictures. I was putting away a foam roller when I turn around and I see him with his phone camera facing me. He quickly yanked his phone down and started dancing as if to make it seem like he wasn’t doing anything wrong. It made me very uncomfortable. Since it’s a Sunday, there was no other worker there that I could bring this issue up to. I really hate to do this but I am a minor and it utterly disgusts me that this is occurring at a place where people should feel confident and safe.

Close by but gym os not kept up. Front desk is too busy on their cell phones to check out or answer questions, too much playing around and sometimes just outright rude.

Im a usually a LA Fitness mostly because ive had bad experiences with 24hr before with cleanliness. This is the one that changed my mind about that, and proved me that there is staff out there that care highly about there work environment and most importantly there valued members. Always there to help out and reccomend some new workouts that work with you

I have noticed the classes that are full allow early arriving members to "save" places in the back.where people who get there with only five minutes to spare want to set up without disturbing others.if they wanted to make the classes friendlier for everyone they could ask early arrivals to fill up the front half of the room first.and then if any saved bench is not occupied when class starts it should be first come first serve.love the gym though.great workout opportunities

Staff member Scott McMahan will lie about membership signing. High Recommend to not trust Staff. Facilities are 5/10 on ratings. Equipment not working, pools always closed etc. Would definitely not Recommend this Gym if serious about Training.

Dirty and staff that reminds you of car salesmen (they are relentless in their pursuit to get you to sign up with a trainer.etc.). Also, finally and possibly the most important point, how can you have the name 24 hour in your business and close at 10: 00 PM? Idiotic!

4-15-18. Another day at the Worst RAN & DIRTIEST 24 around. WHEN WILL CORPORATE FIX THE PROBLEMS HERE?

4-4-18 I have been member here for 8 yrs. The quality of the club from management down to keeping the place clean has gone alot. Just this wk a older gentleman fell on the treadmill and upper management didn't even come out of their office to check on the guy. I asked a employee later why and she said they where on a call. Corporate needs to take a good look at this place and figure out a way to bring up the standards.

This gym has many option in terms if both equipment and classes etc. However, it is in terrible condition. I thought a lot of the weight training equipment could break at any time. The crowd is also NOT welcoming to a woman (many creepy older men that couldn't keep to themselves).

Always has open machines, the basket ball people are great, but my favorite are the classes. Zumba is pretty great.and always open.

One of the trainers wasn't being too nice when she wasn't working, recording a few members doing their workouts without permission. Other than that it's great.

Very impersonal staff and did not work with us after the hurricane. If all you want is a place to go work out and not talk to anybody then this is your place but if you're like me and you like more personable establishment I would go somewhere else.

Great place to work out. Has all the equipment you would ever need and most people that go know what they are doing so like you, they're in and out. Like any gym let's glare at the machine hogs on their phones and pleeeease let's get the showers cleaner.

DO NOT GIVE THIS GYM YOUR MONEY. They are charging people $45 for a case of Water during hurricane Harvey which is happening right now.

Been going here for about 8 years. I've had problems, but I keep coming back. Location and 24/7 hours are the only things keeping me.

Staff here are great, has pool, steam room, and sauna, plus full size basketball court. But the free weights section and some of the cardio equipment needs some serious updating. Hence the 4 stars.
