The best part of the gym is the location. Not a luxury gym: showers aren’t that clean, the pool is decent, and the weight variety is ok.

Trainers are lazy, don’t rack weights or wipe down equipment. Bathrooms are disgusting. Machines and cardio equipment are constantly broken.

Every stair master either doesn’t work or if it does it feels like its about to fall apart. Not smooth at all almost like something is grinding.treadmills skip like no other. Need to look into the stair masters that Horne location has. This 24 hour is hands down the worst in the Surrounding area. This gym is already one of the smallest of the 24’s why not have working/updated equipment? You guys used to have a number on each specific machine to text in an event it wasn’t working properly but I guess that went out the door. You can definitely tell management and staff has had a turnover in the last year. The staff is nice, these issues are a product of upper management at this location.

The workers will only speak to you if you are looking to buy something, otherwise you are chop liver. Equipment is old and needs an updated. I can’t believe this place is considered an 24 hr fitness. This is a below mediocre gym.

Came to check the place out and was denied entrance. You guys will never get new customers this way, you definitely won't have me as a customer. There was attitude because "he was sick". Two great things to have at a gym.

16 ellipticals in a row and only one works properly. Manager was nice and said he'll have it looked into. But I'm rating the gym and not the one single manager.

Great gym! Nicest ‘sport’ location in the Fort Worth area. It is kept very clean and looks as good as the ‘supersport’ in Keller. The staff provide good customer service and always greet you at the door. I wouldn’t necessary say they treat you like a “member” but they get the job done.

I enjoy what the gym has to offer it is spacious and has a variety of things that they offer. The major con for me is that it is very crowded around 9am and late evening. I personally enjoy working out in a more less crowded place.

I'm never coming back here again. The representatives at the front are so rude, why would I ever invite someone to this gym with that kind of service. I hope that there service isn't indicative of all 24 hour fitness or y'all have lost me as a customer.

Lots of exercise classes, but the descriptions are wrong and need to be updated. I wish it was cleaner.

My experience here was not at all what I expected. The salesman are charging waaay too much upfront when I can easily get a waived initiation fee membership for the first month free. When I arrived to talk with one of the sale reps, they were so rude, awkward and so impatient on letting me make a decision in peace. Such poor intellectual customer service. Would not recommend going in person for a membership. Just call customer service or go online.

I love this gym but very disappointed to hear they are canceling the water classes on Monday and tuesday.when your old and have back and leg issues water is the classes are the main thing I come for this is a seasonal class and your canceling just when everyone is ready to start.

They don't fix equipment, and in the sauna the wood is torn off with concrete for us to sit on. I think that if we pay every month go use their equipment it should be working.

Clean facility - very friendly staff. They have 4 Squat racks bolted together which is awesome. I use it for pull ups, so much better than what most gyms have which is the short A-Frame setup.

Gym is great. It's huge. Lots of equipments. But bathroom and toilet are dirty. Pee stain on urinals that are there for days because nobody cleans. I never see cleaning people whether I go on weekdays or weekends. In short, no surprises, it's the usual 24 hour fitness that we know and love.

Absolutely disgusting gym! Please, please look around the facility at how poor the equipment is maintained, how the employees enforce zero gym rules, and how many kids are sitting on their phones. You can barely get a REAL workout here! The trainers don't even wipe their benches or put their weights away! Pathetic

Not even worth the one star! Unfriendly staff. Staff cyber stalks you.going against why they ask for your info! & rips you off! So if you into stalkers and rude people who steal your money. Go for it!

The facility is nice and everything is cleaned daily. The spa area is very clean despite its age. It's pretty crowded during the day as most gyms are, but that is motivation for me to get up early.

Decent gym, gets what you need done even if you're waiting hours for a machine, but the cleanness is terrible. How are you going to have century old equipment and not clean it? Like where does the 35 dollars a month I pay go? Planet Fitness only charges 10 and they are always clean. Also, here lately all the machines have been braking. Tsk tsk.

Unsanitary, overcrowded, and overpriced. There is a single 'cleaning station' which consists of a trash can with a spray bottle and paper towels. Nobody uses it. Everything has a layer of grime and a layer of rust. There are weights strewn about. Nobody cleans up after themselves and the staff certainly doesn't help. They somehow muster up the courage to as 20 dollars a day from non members. Save your time and money and get gonorrhea elswhere.
