Updated Review: Overall management is good and the maintenance crew is amazing! However, since I’ve lived here I’ve had several packages stolen. If the delivery person doesn’t place your item in a locker it likely that your package will be taken.

As someone who works on improving Member Experience and VOC mapping for companies; Michelle and Marcus provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. They were patient and answered every question and/or concern I had. You always hear about property management companies switching employees but I hope these two are here to stay! I can’t wait to provide an updated review once I move in and get settled.

Nice place to live. Quiet inside the complex. The open area to the west west can get loud at times but usually subsides around 10pm. You get to experience occasional groups that wants to demonstrate their “power” car exhausts. It sucks but they usually leave within 10 minutes. Local management is great. Unfortunately overall management is located elsewhere (across the street to the west). Still waiting for them to activate my EZ pass 2 months later.

I haven't officially moved in yet. But my review is to inform of my experience thus far. The property is gorgeous with all the amenities you could want.dog park, beautiful pool, gas grills, work out facilities, etc. I have toured this property 3 times in the past 2 years and finally signed up. I love the community feel, the closeness of restaurants and shopping. And my apartment has a great pool view and close to the conference room, giving me spaces other than my apartment to work and relax. I am so excited and can't wait to attend the community events.

Great community and great staff! Kassandra helped me and made my move in process smooth and Michell was helpful setting up all my utilities. Great staff in general highly recommend!

New apartments with balcony views. Has a gym, common lounge area with games, plenty of BBQ grills conveniently located, indoor residential parking, and a swimming pool. Next to the Redemption park area. Quality of residents can be improved.

I love every aspect of these apartments - especially the location, scenery, and easy access to stores, restaurants, and bars. The quality of life in the unit, the shared spaces, and everything else has been amazing so far. There are also events hosted by the staff and the community - there's cool, vibrant energy here:)

I love love love (Xs a million) my new home. The 255 Assay leasing staff is the BEST! Our building is beautiful and clean thanks to the 255 staff dedicated to maintaining its upkeep. I love the lighting that comes alive, classy ambiance, and friendly atmosphere upheld by the 255 leasing and building staff, which is unwavering. They are always available to residents, with the right answers, constant support, and disseminating quality information that is vital. The marketing strategies on social media, resident portal, emails, event posts around the building exude creativity and excitement for residents. Even in passing through the leasing office, the manager herself, Marcus or Michelle warmly greet residents, by name. They welcome resident concerns, room for improvement and change (though not needed) and even ask if everything's ok in your home. It's no show! They are resilient and on their job! Thank you!

Still the BEST! The 255 consistently and across the board, maintain 5 stars. The management team and maintenance staff will not ever let you down. No matter what time you call, you call, quickly callback to assure the issue, show up, show out! Period!

I absolutely had the BEST experience at 255 Assay. Madison the Asst. Manager is AMAZING.from the time I walked in the door she was so helpful so knowledgeable about the property, by far she made my apartment search GREAT!

For a luxury apartment you hear your upstairs neighbors like elephants. On weekends they have very loud concerts in the square across the street. If you have small children this may not be the place for you. Always loud cars reving engines late at night, a lot of traffic noise. In the evening the sun is unbelievably hot in the complex.

I went to visit my best friend and her wife. Everything was so clean the staff was very friendly

I have been contemplating this review, but I do have to let others know if you are thinking of moving in to this community, as it is a beautiful property from the outside.

I would give 5 stars for Michell and Marcus (previously employed) who helped me smoothly transition from out of town to the complex. They are personal and definitely make it a point to know their residents. Maintenance is fast if there is anything broken or needs updating, and overall it isn't a terrible complex. The workout center is nothing short of amazing.

However, there are quite a few concerns that I've expressed to management that haven't been improved, and have me truly ready to move out. I have lived in several apartment complexes, some even in shopping/club areas, and haven't had as many noise complaints as living here for less than a year.

They allow the club house to be rented and have parties. So most weekends, especially during the holidays, depending on where you stay in the complex it is like a club. As I type this review now actually there is another loud party occurring:). I stayed on the 3rd level above the clubhouse, and still could not even hear my TV on loud level without feeling like I'm in a rave through all hours of the night. There is supposed to be quiet hours, but for the most part they are not enforced, I filed multiple complaints about the people having parties, neighbors, people running up and down the hallways, pool parties, etc nothing happened. The next weekend or day, same "violations".

It also is supposed to be a non-smoking community, but many times I leave my apartment and the entire hallway smells like marijuana. There are patios with hookahs on them. So the rules are not consistent or enforced consistently based on what is in the lease policies.

I may be on the wrong part of the complex, as I literally have to sleep with ear plugs in order to get any sleep in my current unit. It has been a very frustrating experience. Madison was helpful in providing me with some suggestive units that could be quieter, so if I make it to March and transfer units, I will update my review as needed if it is quieter and a better experience.

Update 1/21: Even after speaking with management, there is once again another party, with music so loud I feel like I am at the club in my own apartment - after quiet hours. Another night of no sleep! Just beware the unit you choose and ensure you ask about the noise levels so you aren’t tricked like me. Attempted to contact management but of course no one lives in the property to assist and the courtesy officer is never here on the weekends at nights.

I feel like I've had on ruby slippers (the male kind) clicked my heels together and said there is no place like home and ended up here! This is the perfect place I love it here there is no competition. If the surrounding areas try to compete I will personally deliver a new pair of scissors to them so they can cut it out because there is no competition! The office staff/personnel is the best in the business very helpful and also very nice I have been telling everyone I know about this place! This is beautiful.this is great.this is home.
P. S. They gave us a beautiful firework show for new years!

Apartments are OK. Entry door closest to our apartment was broken the entire time we lived there (6 months). Paint in closets flaked off easily and eventually all of our clothes collected paint chips that fell off from closet shelves. My truck was broken into twice and the fire alarms would randomly go off in the middle of the night and the entire complex would have to evacuate. This happened 3 times while we lived there. It was always a false alarm as well. Also, make sure you pay attention to lease, as you must give a 60 day notice before leaving or they automatically renew your lease:/
