This place is a wonderful place to live from the perks like your surrounding stores and amenities like pool, play grounds for the kids, work out gym, to the people in the office chavonne mgr, Matilda assi.mgr, to the leasing agents mason and Denise all great people with hearts and care if u have problems here it's mostly on you cause they do there 100% best to attend to tenants needs as best as possible, I love this place "! And wish to come back here sometime thanks guys"! At the office

First 5-6 months of my lease in unit 405 was great until sewage began coming up thru the kitchen sink…this issue was not fixed for weeks and while the sink had all this sitting sewage insects began to infest the unit.now there are bugs in every room at all times they come from the vents and under the walls the entire unit is horrendously infested and nothing has been done about the bugs even after i filed 3 separate complaints over the span of several months.horrible residential service

I just recently move here from Florida this apartment complex is the best. Yea love how quiet it be no noise the neighbors are friendly it’s really a good property to rent and will be recommending to others. And mason who works in the leasing office is the best he showed me and helped out a lot he’s really kind, respectful and care bout the tenants.

My nieces leased with Denisse and the process was so smooth, she showed us the exact unit and got us keys that day. This location is close to everything.

This place is what you call a starter apartment, they charge for absolutely nothing. My sister has been living here a year and nothing has been right since. They are INFESTED with roaches and claim there’s pest control that never comes. There’s water leaking in her tub from the above apartment, then there’s the kitchen where one day your light works and the next the whole kitchen doesn’t have power or how you’ve called about the light being out and they close the order without completing it.gotta pay for trash pick up that sometimes doesn’t get picked up along with all the trash in the parking lot. And if you have a car you’ll catch hell behind a parking spot even if it’s behind the gate and dont expect the tow truck to show up. So before moving here be mindful

Laundry rooms are bad washers and dryers out of 17 washers only 5 work, dryers out of 16 only 4 work.asked when they will be fixed.was told by apartment manager sometime in 2023. Other then the laundry rooms. I like it here going on 2years.

We have lived here for 5 years, basically it's been a good experience but just with the firsts managements. Currently I have some issues: since I renewed my lease they put three new charges such as trash, trash admin fee and gas admin fee. That means I am paying $31 for valet trash and they just are coming Monday to Thursday, that's why there's many trash bags outside of apartments during weekends. We don't have hot water at nights to often although the gas charges has been increased. We are thinking to finalize living here this year once my lease contract up.

The plumbing. System is garbage if you want your toilet to flood every now and then go on and move in here my sink water goes up because of my nasty special ed upstairs neighbor puts nasty big pieces of corn in there sing and it goes down to my sink and floods they have fixed this problem once and now after a couple of months the problem is back i wouldn't wish for my greatest enemy to live here

Chaconne leases my home and Greystar has to be number 1 cause it was too easy! Wish me luck good rate and my wife loves it.

Denisse leased my home and the manger helped get me a good rate.the veiw is nice and my apartment looks good for the price.

Denise got me leased and moved in the same day! My dad is happy with the product for my first apartment. She called her manager on a sat to help get us taken care of and she replied right away and came in to work. What manager does that. I see Denise helping me and every one was happy to see her. She showed me 4 apartments.

Love it here and it's been 3 years and the office is always laughing and making me feel at home - the Manger chavon the new lady is always busy and walking and making the property clean- love the new landscape- Denise and Mason has been here from day 1 and they are the nices office staff I've met!

I’ve been living here for a year and I’ve enjoyed my stay here! Denisse and chavonne are super friendly and helpful, rent is a decent price and the location is awesome. Definitely recommend this place!

I was having roommate issues and it was a lot going on and the manger worked with me. She was nice and was able to relocate me and I kept my apartment. I’m really glad that I choose here because anywhere Else would be different.

Moved here from Florida and pregnant. They helped me out a lot. I feel comfortable and at home. Good area and nice apartments.

Came to the wrong location but so glad I did the service was amazing! Chavonne the manager convinced me to lease and Denise toured me - they didn't let me leave without leasing a home. They was friendly and professional and I'm not an easy sale.

I loveeeeee Denisse, Chavonne and the maintenance team! Everyone is very professional and work super hard to keep the residents happy, the property has come a long way since Greystar took over the management.

CeCe is very professional and helpful I am very happy she is here as the assistant. She knows her job very well and she treats every resident with respect.
