360 Brunch House - Mansfield

Summer, nick, and raven made this experience exceptional. The food was prepared with a great presentation and came out quickly.

The food is subpar and the service is horrendous. They forced a 20% per their party of 6 policy. Since when does a 6month baby pay for gratuity. Will not be returning.

The chicken and waffles was disappointing. They should offer a boneless chicken option. Many will not want to deal with the mess of getting the meat off of a chicken wing bone.
The salmon was okay.

I absolutely love the food (could be a little more with serving size). If you male Reservations it is much easier for seating. The service this time (2) was okay. I believe our server was a little nervous but overall the experience was great. We will be back. I recommend everyone try it out if you haven't!

Food was not good, don't waste your time. We ordered chicken n waffles (bland), chicken fried steak (bland), and breakfast Sammy (bland). Nothing was seasoned with either salt or pepper, and adding it yourself didn't help anything. Would not recommend. Best thing was being told there would be a 30min wait (other people making the same mistake as us) and being seated not a minute later. Not sure if that was a good thing or not, now that I think about it?

Food was mediocre. Cappuccino and latte tasted burnt and was lukewarm. Service was not good. We had to get up to ask for our check after waiting for 15 minutes because the server was in her own little world. Definitely not all that.

I didn’t like that all the blacks had paper cups we didn’t ask for with the water and the Caucasians had glass small cups I didn’t understand that

This place is a bit overrated. I guess the expectations were higher than the overall experience. Food is nothing exceptional, service was below average.we got paper cups for water.lol.for a meal with an average price of 20-30. Fast food experience.even Firstwatch is better.

Arrived today at 11: 10am to be exact as a party of 1 for brunch. Upon my arrival no one was waiting to be seated & the bar was full so I figured it wouldn’t take long to get a small booth. Soon as I sat on the waiting bunch it seemed like 30 people started arriving all at once getting put on the waitlist.

I sat for 40 mins & watched every group ranging from 2 ppl - 5 ppl get seated before me. Not once did the hostess engage in eye contact, give me any update, didn’t even ask for my name but was quick to seat people who just walked in. To be a party of 1 & have to wait for over 40+ mins is ridiculous. Even if the host forgot about me I shouldve been at the top of the list. I will NEVER attempt to visit this place again! I just wasted my time while starving to be completely disregarded.

Although I’m sure management doesn’t care, I hope someone else who just wanted to have a simple brunch at a place people rave about doesn’t experience what I did.

Staff was extremely friendly and the manager ensured me and all the family was well taken care off! If you want the true “brunch experience” check this place out! You are missing out if you go somewhere else!

I receive better service at waffle house than this place. I have never done a review in my life, in this case I had to. The server took my order and basically hid in the kitchen the whole time. It wasn’t busy and I noticed he was doing that with all his tables. Im usually a great tipper (25% or more), sometimes tip more than deserved just like this case and I don’t even think it was worth the 5$ tip honestly. The food wasn’t even good enough to have bad service. 2/10

I won't return here.

Calvin, the manager, is the reason for the review going down from a 4 star to a 2. It was his frugality.

I ordered a "twisted sangria" which was advertised as "fresh fruit, peach juice, and champagne"

It was terrible, had muddled fruit and fruit "debris" that looked like seaweed or bug wings floating around it. Every sip I took, I swallowed fruit chunks. I asked the waiter could I exchange it and he went to get "Calvin, " the manager.

I asked Calvin could my drink be exchanged for the mojito, which was not the absolute best (liquor-content wise), but better than what I currently had. He gave me a run around answer, and I had to get him back on track: "so for clarity, you're telling me no I cannot exchange this drink. " He tried to give me a run around answer again, but at this point I was tired of talking about it. He finally said no, and explained in so many words that since that's THEIR recipe for the Sangria, and it was no fault of theirs, that I would have to pay, regardless of if I drink it or not.

I asked him to remove it from the table. He said he won't remove it from my tab. Irritably, I told him I don't care about that, and that I just asked for him to move it off the table because I did not want to drink it. There must have been some language barrier there, because at the end he asked if I wanted him to remove it. YES!

This will be a $12 lesson for the business, because I won't be returning. It's not just him as the reason either.
The food is mid, and the service is tier 2 mid.

I may just be one person, but they lost future business with me, my guest (who did no like her food. Chicken unseasoned. $20 flaming whiskey pancakes MID) and whoever else decides to read my review and wants to visit a place whose service and product matches the aesthetics.

I'm tired of mid food and service but Instagram worthy establishments.

Calvin, sometimes the temporary dollar isn't as beneficial as repeat customers. My next bill there could've been triple the amount of the beverage you refused to take off of the bill. But again, this is a $12 lesson.

Oh yea - chicken bacon ranch wrap- more lettuce than anything. 3/5, if that. Fries were good. 4/5. Service - he was very forgetful and had to be reminded a few times of things we requested. Sweet though.

But no- Calvin absolutely sealed the deal. Update the menu that we can't send back drinks we don't want.

Oh, and be prepared. If his logic is this behind the drink, you may run into issues trying to send back food as well. Since it's their "recipe"

Never mind the 50 minute wait on Sunday, the place is very loud and you can't have a conversation with your guest at the table. The menu has a lot of choices and we only tried 3 items out of about 40. No one was overly impressed, but the food was okay. Table of 4 with tip expect to pay close to $100 for full breakfast or lunch. Would I go back, probably just to give some of the other menu items a try. Should you eat here? Yes, you may like it if spicy breakfast is your thing. Just don't expect a 5 star experience.

We had 5 people in our party, the 5th person hadn't made it inside because we drove separately and they would not seat us. We left.

Bad costumer service rude attitude we had call our server for all the things we needed, we were celebrating my birthday and we told our server that and he never brought us the cake until we asked for the check he brought it and immediately left and on top of that he put himself 20% tip. Also food is not good at all the avocado on my chilaquiles was black. Not worth the price.

Our service for a party of 2 was absolutely on point. Laura took great care of my wife and I. I wasn’t impressed with the flavor of the lamb chops, but the presentation was solid. My wife is still gushing over the French Toast with Peaches and Cream. We will definitely be back. And soon. Like next weekend! Gotta get there early though, the crowd showed up and this place started jumping by 10 am.

This was a great brunch experience. The service was quick and welcoming. It was a treat to dine here.
