Was recommended to this shop for alignment on lowered truck. Called and said they can align lowered vehicles. Drop it off to have that done. Pick up truck and pulls harder that it did before. I ended up fixing the truck myself because they are incompetent! Go back today and they want to lie and say that they told us that they couldn’t align it correctly. If that was the case, why would I waste $ for them to not do the alignment correctly? Also, they did not give the alignment spec sheet.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. VERY FAST SERVICE. WAS DONE IN UNDER AN HOUR! DIDNT TEY TO SELL ME ANY UNNECESSARY EXTRAS ETC. $60 AND ON MY WAY. EVEN HELPED WITH A COVER I NEEDED FIXED UNDER CAR. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED GIVING THEM A TRY!

They were able to get my car in almost immediately, and not only did they do the repair well, but they finished much sooner than they anticipated. Now my car is working like it should and feels like I'm driving something new! Thank you.

Never ever again. Don’t waste your money and time. This place is garbage, has unprofessional staffs, lack of knowledge, 0 customer service.
I went here for fix my car, they can’t properly diagnose, They made my car worse condition than it was before.

Very bad Service and customer service they say they did fix the issue but they never done it and I still get charge for it.
And when I said I wanna to talk to some one in charge they will tell you to come back in the morning and in the morning come back in the afternoon.lies after lies…

Got my motorcycle inspected here after 2 other places on Denton Hwy were unable due to staffing/computer issues. Easy experience, and dude who helped me was enthusiastic about it. Easy, painless experience.

My husband has recently been coming to this shop for a few things to be done to his trucks. He wouldn't repeat business with a shop if he weren't completely happy with their work. He's always been happy with these people. I had my state inspection done with them recently and it was quickly completed. The two gentleman in the office were courteous and patient while I found my insurance card. I'll be back.

Guys are up front and honest! Reasonable prices, and fast services. I take i personal and work vehicles to this location and I have never once been disappointed

I came in because I was having electrical issues with my car. They were able to look at it right away, showed me what was causing the issue, and fixed it on the spot. I greatly appreciated this, they saved the day for me! I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them for any future car needs.
