Dr. Shelton and all the staff at 380 West Animal Hospital are the best. They give excellent care and honest, compassionate advice about caring for your pets.

Everyone is friendly and took good care of my dog. I felt the treatment was very professional and no one pushed unnecessary procedures or drugs on us.

We have been using 380 West Animal Hospital since we moved to McKinney in 2010 and I would never go anywhere else. Over the years we have had experience with Dr Shelton, Dr. Means and Dr. Allen. All 3 doctors and all of the staff are wonderful. What I love most about 380 West is that everyone here truly is in it for the love of our pets, service fees are affordable and we save tons of money by following the advice of our vet. We truly love 380 West!

I brought my smelly pup in to have his glands expressed. I was able to make a last minute appointment and the staff was very welcoming. They took excellent care of my fur baby and the prices are competitive. They even have a glass cabinet showcasing the many items they have removed that animals unfortunately swallowed. It was super cool to look at while in the waiting room. I highly recommend 380 West Animal Hospital!

Dr Wise, the Techs and the office staff are always the best! Dr wise listens to my concerns and doesn’t push decisions but helps me make decisions for my pets.

They’re always friendly and they care so much about each and every pet/family member. I appreciate them all dearly.

I love bringing my dogs into Dr Wise. She's calm, listens, considers all the options with me, and her advice has been spot on. The Vet Techs are terrific. I've never had a problem with any VT in all the years that I've taken my dogs in for care - that's a long history. The front office has changed over quite a bit in the last 5 years. They've always been nice. Before that, the front office was more stable and the staff was great then too.

I have been to many other practices in the area with mixed results. I've had consistently good care at 380 West Animal Hospital. They're pricier than discount places, true, but they'll catch things that those places won't. They also aren't swamped and worried about funding. If you can afford it, I recommend them.

Our whole experience was great from start to finish. I called when they opened and got a 10 am appointment, same day. The vet tech and the vet were both kind, friendly and helpful. The vet tech got us set up with a link to order his RX within an hour of arriving home.

I’ve been bringing my dogs to 380 West Animal Clinic since about 2010. Dr. Shelton is awesome. My most recent visit was with Dr. Thompson and I’m a fan! Some vets will over-treat and over-charge. That has never been my experience with 380 West Animal Clinic. They are kind and compassionate as well as being really good at what they do!

Dr Thompson was wonderful. He literally sat on the floor and waited for my dog to come to him, he never forced my baby to come over or made him feel uncomfortable! I love all vets there. Great team

380 Animal Hospital has been so fantastic to our family. We have been seeing them since 2020. I believe they have seen multiple of our animals and our cats. They’ve also been so supportive when we had to put a cat and a dog down. They are accommodating, very sweet, and understanding people. I have gotten nothing but great things to say about this facility. I’ve never been happier.
