3rd eye meditation lounge is such a special place. Moving from NYC to Austin TX in 2019 I was so grateful to find such an amazing group
Of teachers, guides, unique events- high quality products and amazing energy. I learned so many cool things at 3rd eye And I can espécially recommend their breathwork classes and Cacao. Neil and Ash are amazing and the location of their place is comforting, healing, energizing and nurturing. All are welcome! Enjoy:)

Very relaxing environment, lots of great people, the classes and workshops are amazing and the cacao is delicious.

This place is the real deal. Their classes and workshops are LEGIT and their cacao is AUTHENTIC and sustainably sourced. Their intention is to gather in and form a community and that is exactly what they are doing. Such a special place!

The ingredients are divine! You can feel the heart-opening, adaptogenic nourishment and taste the quality of the elixirs and cacao products, to be enjoyed in a peaceful space

This is the place to come if you're needing rejuvenation and peace. I went to Third Eye's Ladies Night and it was PHENOMENAL. I had to go back a 2nd time. I have met the most wonderful people at this studio, and Ash and Neil are no less than Top Notch and wonderful to be around. If you're visiting, just moved to Austin, or you're a long time resident, Third Eye is definitely ONE PLACE You Must Enjoy!

My husband and I did an energy session with Neal and Ash. It involved gong bath, healing child work and Traumatic Release Exercise. It was transformative. We also enjoyed their beautiful space and some of the excellent elixirs at their Elixir Bar. We will definitely return!

Picked up a cacao to go today and it was so yummy! I had the grounding presence and it was perfect. Powerful pure cacao and so amazing to have this available now in our city. The new space is beautiful too!

I love the classes here. Great vibe with amazing Cacao too. I enjoy their Kundalini classes and ecstatic dance. And it's in the perfect location next to Casa De Luz.

I had a meditation session provided by Yolanda. After it, I felt throughly relaxed and my energy restored. I would definitely recommend. Cacao tea was a nice touch as well.

Last Friday, along with my usual order of cacao, CBD, and Kava, Neil bestowed me with a new product called the 3rd Eye “Pani” Digestion Elixir. I have used similar elixirs in the past for immunity and gastric support, but Neil’s concoction was very easy on my stomach and definitely supported my body through an intense week of work and weekend shenanigans. Woke up on Monday feeling healthy and strong after drinking it over the course of 3 days over the weekend. Would definitely recommended this great tasting elixir if you’re looking to stay healthy and well during these times
