Don't waste your time calling 4 wheel parts. Called 5 times today and the service is pathetic.
1. Call 1,2, and 3, someone pick up the phone and hung up on me.
2. Call 4 was answered and I was places on hold. The salesman never picked up the call again.
3. Call 5, was told to hold while he helped the 4 "in-store " customer's first.
4 wheel parts doesn't need my business.

I want to give a big shout out to the mechanics and sales associate "Seabass"! I was having serious "speed wobble" with my lifted Jeep Gladiator. And before I brought it to 4WP, I had four other shops who tried to figure out why I was getting "speed wobble", with no success. One "4x4 shop" wanted to sell me a new set of 37" tires! Thank havens I didn't do it! So brought it to 4WP with desperation and frustration oozing from my vanes. Seabass sensed my frustration and assured me by saying, "This is what we do". And with a professional alignment and a new front stabilizer shock, my issues were solved! If you have a lifted truck bring it to the pro's! Big Thanks guys!

My experience at 4wp was so awesome! Sebastian has a lot of patience and is very detailed when explaining what is recommended. Mundo was amazing at explaining Jeep parts I didn’t understand myself I was in and out quick amazing service thank you guys! Highly recommend!

Nothing but great things to say about this store. From the moment you walk in to the time they return you your vehicle, their service is second to none. The staff is really helpful with any questions I had, and recommended the best options for my needs. The techs were also really efficient as I got my jeep within a matter of days which is fast for installing a lift. Smooth handling for a tj with 35 in tire with a 4 in lift.
Totally recommend it at 4WP!

Terrible customer service. The first time I went in person and help desk person was of little help at all and with a bad attitude.second time and 4 months later, I made a call to the shop for another quote on different truck, the audio quality of their phones is just mediocre for 2022, again helpdesk with an attitude, very poor explanation on what they can offer for the truck struts and this was for a RAM truck.

I'm buying at 4 wheel Center just for this reason, they have a really customer focus attitude.

Ralph, Ralph, Ralph and the fellas (Seabass and Steve) @ 4wheel Parts were and are very professional and patient with me. Always quick to answer any question I had about my build. They kept communication open and honest, I never got the vibe that I was annoying or bothering them. Easy to talk to and they even made my 4year old son feel special. I highly recommend them.
