Very dissapointed with this shop. I think in future i will take my business elsewhere, even to another state if i have to before returning here. They quoted on a front and back bumpers including a winch up front. On the day they were meant to be done, i went to pick up the vehicle but they were only able to instal the front ARB bumper and winch and then told me there was no rear bumper, they were going to search for one then call me back. Im still waiting for that call back. The winch cables were all loose and i had to go around and re tighten everything they put in. The little handle that releases the spool on the winch was also unable to turn so i was unable to release the spool. I had to take it back for them to just cut a piece of my truck out so it can turn. I guess thats fixed now.

Went back to get a double battery quote and was quoted almost 3k$ for two batteries and some cable and labor. I asked for prices on invertor and battery management system and like with everything else that happens in that front of shop, i'm still waiting.

I aint waiting for them anymore, they just not worth it.

The store has lots of interesting & useful products. It is well arranged. The displays are very cool. Service is friendly. But we always run up on some issue. We've been misinformed with scheduling, and they discovered the ordered part was damaged AFTER we dropped off our vehicle.

Would not recommend this place! Spent over $7,500 on lift, tires, and rims and I did not purchase the warranty. Just so happens now my alignment is bad and 2 front tires that have 45k rating are bad with just 16k highway miles on them and nothing they can do to help is what they say! Went to discount tire and they said it is specifically because the alignment was not done properly so now I’m out 1500 more for tires and an alignment. Do not waste your money here! Pictured is the back still looking brand new and the front from the terrible alignment which made the inside of the tires wear down to nothing.

I’ve been to this shop multiple times to look around. Finally made the leap to have them do some work (bed cover, side rails) and they did an excellent job. Looks good, and works great. Thanks!
