Great experience with Karla, very nice and informational during our gender reveal sonogram! We will definitely be coming to this location again.

This place is greedy! I came for a 3D ultrasound and was talked into buying their package that includes maternity and newborn photoshoot for $300 BUT that price is just for the session not including any pictures! This information was not disclosed to me when the deposit was made! On top of that, the contract was sent to my email the day of! If you want to download the pictures you have to pay $29 for each photo. RIDICULOUS! On top of that their service sucks! Their maternity wardrobes stunk really bad! They couldn’t even take the time to wash it! Please save your money and go with a photographer that will include the photos especially after paying so much money!

***update*** I was contacted by the company and the person who seen me my first visit. She was so understanding and remembered me. I expressed that all my other visits was great even the one I complained about it was the phone interaction that was horrible with the person who was booking my appointment. I did get my refund of the credit. I did speak to her for a good 20 mins about everything. I felt heard and seen. That interaction seem to be a 1x thing and does not reflect the other staff. Still would recommend just book online do not call. The sonographers are great. The person who answers the phone need to work on their customer service skills.

I had a miscarriage 2 yrs ago and I have been here now 4x the 1st time was to confirm the heart beat around 8 weeks. 2nd time just because nervous around 11 weeks. Came with my family at 16 weeks but the location was closed and the person doing the sono was running 30 mins late because of traffic and other things coming from Mansfield to Irving. I was offered a $15 credit to use next time since we had to wait and she was late and I had already paid for my service. Well the 4th time 23 weekss attempted to use the credit and was told rudely about not stacking promotion. Currently doing 3d 4d Sonos for $109. I explained it wasn’t a stacked promotion but a credit person did not listen and actually told me ale or or leave it I could do promotion and pay $108 or get the credit that was promised and pay $140 and rudely hung up. Being a 4th time customer in the last 5 months I expected more professionalism. And usually it has been. If I knew this how it was gonna be the 3rd time I would’ve asked to refund the credit. I was understanding the 3rd visit even with having to wait around and was happy a credit was offer but now knowing that the credit is unusable. I’m disappointed and tempted to dispute either the 3rd charge or the 4th one since the business didn’t provide adequate as promised service. If you don’t want to deal with unprofessional people go somewhere else and to think I had planned to do my maternity shoot and newborn shoot.

Went here last Friday with my daughter and my family and I loved it the nurse that we got was very humble and friendly we were very satisfied with this visit!

Super thankful for the staff at Las Colinas location they were very sweet and genuine we enjoyed the session so much got to see our baby girl 4D

4Baby is such an awesome place to take a sneak peek at your baby, get maternity photos, and newborn photos made! The owners are awesome, and the staff is top notch! You’ll have a great experience here!

Think before you come. I came to take the 3D ultrasound so they give me the special price for newborn pictures is $199 (the original price is $599) is was good. BUT that price just for the session not including any picture. If you wanna download the picture you have to pay $35 for each or the package $245 for 8 just to download your baby pictures. And then if you complain about the ridiculous price they will block you from the gallery that you cannot see your baby pictures

Such an amazing experience can’t wait to go back Melissa was so sweet and caring and was super detailed and explained everything, I also loved hearing her story about her kids. I will definitely be coming back for Melissa!

Very friendly environment! This is our second pregnancy we have gone to see them. Melissa did our ultrasound and was super sweet! Caroline did the blood work and also was super sweet! You get ton of pictures of you baby here
