They ordered my s23 ultra screen and had it replaced the next day. They are professional and prompted. Second time using them and I'll continue to.

What a wonderful and honest business!
I went in preparing to pay $185 to have the screen on my iPhone 13 replaced.
Brandon quickly told me it wasn’t my screen but my screen protector.
What a surprise! To find someone so honest, he could have just told me it was the screen and charged me for a new screen.
I bought a new screen protector and new case from him. The screen protector and case (Otter Box knock off) were way less than I paid for at Walmart.
Please don’t hesitate to go see Brandon, we are bringing my husbands phone next week to him.
It’s so refreshing in todays world to find someone so honest!

Screen lasted 2 days. He said I dropped the phone and damaged the lower layer of the screen but not the top touch layer? I didn't drop the phone and there are no marks, scratches, or dings but yet I broke the underneath screen and not the top layer. I asked him to show me where it was damaged but he couldn't because there is none. He offered to have me pay another $320 and he would order another screen and I might get a refund if determined by his supplier. It should be no stars cell phone repair. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Took my cell And it looks like they put the wrong screen, can't use my finger print and cell been acting up, going to go back and see if they will fix that mistake,

Came in to have an Android S10 phone factory reset. It had to be dismantled because the screen was cracked. Mark kept me from having to make a return visit by doing it on the spot. Then he said no charge. I did not feel right about it but my inner voice said, "Be a gracious receiver. " His beautiful young daughter overheard our exchange and said, " My daddy's kind. " Yes he is! First off, I want to say the service I got here was great, and I will likely be back.that said, I did have to go back after my repair was completed. I got my battery replaced on my Google Pixel, and shortly thereafter I noticed something rattling around inside.turns out the battery wasn't glued down properly. I brought it back in and he quickly fixed it for no extra charge, which is why I'm still rating so highly.

Great place to have your phone fix and iPad I have one phone and iPad fixed there price was great and excellent customer service. And the guys are very knowledgeable and know what they’re talking about. Highly recommended.
