5225 Maple Apartments, Dallas TX

I have lived here for 3 years now and I have very few complaints. The office is super nice, maintenance actually comes when you call, and the shared spaces stay nice and clean. I've had some noisy neighbors, but there is a courtesy officer you can call if they're being unreasonably loud. There is a train that runs behind the building and I can barely hear it from my side of the building, but I can imagine it's loud if you live at the back. They really aren't unreasonable about towing either. The parking lot is gated and they usually give warnings via email for cars that look like they've been sitting there for a while. Otherwise, I've never had to worry about my car getting towed. My only complaints are that I have had 2 packages stolen recently and I know this has been an issue for my neighbors as well. At least amazon is good about replacing stuff. Another issue related to packages is that the numbering system for the units is confusing and leads to a TON of packages/ubereats orders/any deliveries being left on the wrong floor, which drives me crazy, but I can live with it. I'm also going to be priced out of my apartment when my lease ends next year because rent has gone up about $100 every year and I can barely afford it now. I really do hate to have to leave this place because I love living here.

Toured a while back and just remembered to leave my review. Although I did not make this my new home when I plan to move again I will look into them once more. The ladies at the office are very helpful and friendly, Delilah and Lori were really nice. Lori offered me water while Delilah gave me detailed information. I saw at least 5 properties that day in 100+ degrees and it was the only property that took that into consideration. Not to say the least the property is well kept as soon as you enter it smells amazing. If y’all are looking for a new home I highly recommend seeing this apartments.

Just moved out not because I wanted to but because my job transferred me out of town. If I ever return to Dallas I’ll definitely come back to maple. I will miss all the resident events and the staff. Thank you guys for making Maple a wonderful home for the past 2 years

My apartment is deplorable. Upon moving in it does not look like this apartment has been professionally cleaned. I’m embarrassed to call this place my home and wish I can break my lease without having to pay. There is also a train that runs on the side of this apartment every 20 to 30 minutes and it is very loud. I do not recommend these apartments at all but especially if you are a light sleeper.

I just recently moved in and it was a smooth experience. I felt very welcome by the apartment staff. The location is great and there are plenty of restaurants and stores around the area.

Just moved out, but lived here for one year. The apartments are quiet and shared spaces are always clean. Delilah made the move in process easy. Maintenance always came quickly when I placed maintenance requests. Leasing office staff was always so polite and available.

Great location. Great staff. Units have different upgrades, so look at multiple units for likes.

I have just recently moved in and my experience with Natalya and the entire leasing staff has been amazing. I wish all apartment leasing staff could be this amazing. The maintenance staff here has been incredible and very responsive. I could not be happier with my decision.

Very well kept place I lived there in the '90s and it still look the same way prices doubled though.

Is We just had a bad ice storm and The Gates to our community was left opened and My Cadalic Converter was stolen off of my New Car I only had for 2 weeks…But other than that it’s a beautiful, quiet place to leave just minutes from Downtown& Deep Ellum

Great friendly staff, tidy inside and out, festive, friendly. Maintenance is well trained and timely if there ever is an issue. Great central location to attractions and bars as well

It would be great if all leasing offices were this easy to work with — Lived there for 1.5 years and loved it. I drove from the coast to move in, so I never had the chance to visit in-person. All correspondence was though email/phone and all leasing staff were super easy to work with and very patient. Consistent responsiveness and overall the leasing staff were super accommodating and welcoming. The apartment itself was pretty quiet, clean upon arrival and spacious. Any small hiccups or maintenance requests were resolved very quickly—Luis from the maintenance team is great!

Apartment is in a great location. The leasing office is really helpful. Had a smooth moving experience.
