555 Ross Apartments, Dallas TX

Do not apply to move here unless you know for sure the apartment you are applying for is available! I applied for a apartment here in 2021 signed the lease just to find out it wasn't actually available. I decided to move elsewhere fast forward to 2023 I have a collections agency reaching out to me about paying a fee for this complex I never moved into. I was assured I would be refunded for everything since 555 Ross made the mistake. Not the case.just double check everything before you attempt to apply/lease here if not you may pay for it later.

I am living in 555 Ross avenue apartments from 8 months and had an Awsome experience. Excellent location with perfect downtown view from the swimming pool. Leasing staff along with mellisa are extremely caring and helpful. I would recommend this place as must stay.

Pest issue - If you would like to live here make friends with Rats and some other pests because they are not going anywhere. No amount of sprays help. Orkin service is provided by Property management but they finish service in your apartment in a 30 seconds visit. Fast service with poor results.

Pet area - dog wash has been there but out of service. The entrance door is not aligned properly and the lock keeps breaking.

Payment center - even if you set up auto payment for expected charges like rent be sure to check the mobile doorman app regularly because common area utility charges appear without notification to tenant. Management is merciless when it comes to charging high late fees which is more than utility charge itself.

Parking is extra charge on top of rent which keeps increasing. Watch out. The camera is only in main level at the parking entrance. If anything happens to your car on other levels, there is NO CCTV. Not sure what are we paying for.

Don't move here if you value your sleep. False fire alarms go off approximately once every month. If you're lucky, they will go off at 530 am and be your morning alarm (to date it has gone off twice in the early morning). The fire dept comes here constantly to respond to false fires and waste their time - city of Dallas should issue fines to the building management. If there is a real fire, I am sure people wont evacuate. No explanation from management as to what is wrong with the alarm system and what will be done to fix this.

It's been over 2 years since I started calling 555 Ross my home. Love the apartment complex and amenities. Melissa and team are extremely responsive and helpful, quick to resolve any issue. Location is top-notch. Can't recommend this place enough!

I had to arrive a few hours earlier than my appointment due to a scheduling change and Gustavo was very accommodating. I appreciate his flexibility. The amenities are so nice, and you can't beat the rooftop views! Gorgeous!

I just started living here, and I'm already in love with this apartment complex so much. From Melissa, Gustavo and Adrian who are all really sweet and helpful. Especially Adrian, I had problems with my last apartment and Adrian made the process of me moving a breeze.

I have lived at 555 for 6 years now and there is a reason why! The best part has to be the management, they are all very nice and accommodating. Same goes to the maintenance staff. I know that can be difficult to find. Overall the amenities are very nice and the location is perfect. Its never too loud around here, but it is easy to walk around to many of the popular places. I also feel very safe in the West End, which I love since I do walk my dog around a lot.

I have been living at these apartments for a little under a year now and absolutely love it. The staff is incredible and very attentive. Melissa has been extremely helpful with the application process. Great views and gym is fantastic.

555 Ross is a true gem in downtown Dallas. I have lived here for several years now and have enjoyed every single second of it. From the rooftop amenities, gorgeous views, the staff, the interior apartment finishes, to the absolute prime location in West End. The walkability to all of the restaurants, bars, museums, Victory Park, etc.is completely unparalleled.

Great apartment complex and on-site staff. The maintenance people are always very helpful.

I’ve lived at 555 Ross complex two different times and it still remains my favorite place I’ve called home in Dallas! Gustavo and all the staff are all so accommodating and amazing. Not to mention this complex has the best rooftop pool with no obstructions in all of Dallas hands down. If you’re looking for a place in downtown with amazing staff and an all around great place to call home this is your spot!
